Why is this Citibank closed the entire weekend? It seems like the only Citibank that has zero hours over the weekend. Thinking of changing banks to one that is available for its customers when needed. Trying to buy a car today and can’t get a certified check…

Small and unassuming Citi branch with great service personnel. Everytime I have a question it has been adequately answered. The tellers are courteous and professional.

I love working here. We have great team members! The clients are friendly. It gets busy on weekends when everyone is off do if you font like a wait usually during the week is better.

-Zombie like service and poor execution. -They've run out of cash on Friday nights a few times in the past. -They've sold me on "no fees" accounts that actually started charging me fees after 6 months. But here's the straw that broke my back.....Currently I'm in the midst of closing my remaining accounts which have to be done at the branch. Ive made 2 trips now, tomorrow makes my third and they are unable to complete the process. I have all my money out but they left the account open which caused me to accrue monthly charges. Now I have to go back, wait in line, and hope they get it right. Then I'm apparently going to have to double check them when I go home. They just can't the job done right the first time. Nor the second, for that matter !

This is by far one of the worst banks i have ever dealt with they do not get back to you when they say they will.This branch in Mohegan lake customer service is horrible and cant wait to close my account when are my problems are fixed with them due to the fact that they screwed up my funds.In addition the bank still has not offered me any type of service or any type of jester to make things right instead i am calling them everyday to see whats going on.

Citi is my internet bank of choice among 4 bank relationships. In Europe, unlike US, Citi is a higher-end bank for wealthier clientele. Only gripe is excessive charge for F\X charges to cash a foreign check. Stopped using Citi for these items. They see nothing wrong charging about 3 percent even for good customers...unconscionable fee. Tip: cash withdrawal at 7-11 stores is free...nice benefit. Double check that terminal in your 7-11 is a Citi terminal. Top

It's hard to create a buzz around a bank, or at least the Citibank franchise. This is your basic in and out, use the ATM, and if you need help they try real hard kind of bank. I would be interested to hear from others exactly what kind of role, if any, this bank plays in our community. In the meantime, we check, we cash and it works.
