As far as Chase banks go, this one is good. I have never had to wait more than a minute to see someone, and the staff are always friendly. It is clean, well-lit, and has an ATM drive through, as well as a 24 hour ATM in the lobby. It is a Chase, and it does the job.

Very very very very bad customer's service! Even in the phone! Piedad: I think you have to have a little "Piedad" like your name means! This is a very hard moment for all us, you should be more kind, and polite!!!
