“As far as Chase banks go, this one is good. I have never had to wait more than a minute to see someone, and the staff are always friendly. It is clean, well-lit, and has an ATM drive through, as well as a 24 hour ATM in the lobby. It is a Chase, and it does the job.”
“Great service, great car loan rates. I was approved for a car loan, but the deal fell through. Sunmark was open late on a Friday night and was able to switch the loan and the car insurance to a different car after 5:00 on a Friday. I picked up the check the next day. Wow!”

“I'm not sure what issues the other reviews have with his bank but I could just tell you that everyone has always been nice and customer service is excellent and I'm always in and out of there very quickly and there's never really a line and you never have to wait. Marlon is very smart and efficient and Adele is so friendly and they make you feel like you're part of the family. I have been using this bank for my business for many many years and never had any issues. If there was an issue they would fix it and help me solve the problem right away. Excellent customer service here.”
