“I ordered a master cylinder for in-store pickup. Napa was the only store to have it available same day. Immediately the store manager Kendra called to up concerned. I had just missed the window for the parts delivery shuttle. Still she was able to get the part in my hands in an hour at a nearby store and she totally saved the day for both me and my stranded friend. She did this by going above and beyond to orchestrate the whole transaction. Everything about this experience was excellent and I’m so glad I shopped here.”
