Can't say enough about the team at Upstate Energy. Whether it's one of their professional Service Technicians, or the Owner of the company who takes an active interest in his clients, everyone you work with is top flight. All of the work performed at our home has been completely buttoned up. In situations where the team has had to replace infrastructure, the end result was far better designed and implemented than what was originally in place on any of the job sites. Highly recommended for service, support, and regular propane delivery.

I can't say thank you enough to upstate energy! It was the hottest day of the year and I was in search of someone to please come look at my ac that was failing . I called upstate energy and even though I wasn't a client yet they understood the severity of my situation and came out in a very timely manner. The technician was thorough and friendly and walked me through the issues. Everyone was super kind and friendly from calling the office to technician! I would highly recommend upstate energy to everyone and anyone !
