Blonde manager or worker or who ever she IS! Was just harassing me and thretting to call the cops on me. I left my dog in the car with windows closed for 2 minutes tops. Mind you…. It’s 95 outside and 67 inside the car. Screaming and yelling at me. Like relax there… first of all none of your business and second of all, should have called the cops and not yelled at me with 2 other broads in the store. Find a better job or a hobby if you really have nothing else to do!

This Modena location in recent years has gotten VERY organized, neat, tidy, clean and well-stocked. Plus, the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s definitely well run compared to some of the other locations in the area that I’ve been to.

*** BIG ISSUES WITH THE DG COUPON SYSTEM!!***Update: Lowered my rating from 5*, bcs the DG coupons are very "WONKY"!!They are offered, in the app, then, at the register, there are ALWAYS problems using them!? And, most of the time, the cashier doesn't know how to fix the issue!!I was given the $20.00 off earned coupon, for making 3 QUALIFYING $25+ purchases within the specified time period. I'm sure that I had more than 3, but, either way, the coupon NEVER went through, I had to RETURN the next day, but I missed the manager. Plus, I tried to use the $20 coupon on the last day (9/30, when it finally became AVAILABLE to me)... it didn't go through and the cashier didn't know how to use it. I was told to return the next day, and, of course, it was NO LONGER in my app, so I missed out on a $20 savings!!Now, back to the regular coupons, they don't always get AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED, like they should, especially since they are already "clipped" in the app!! Also, the way they are listed on the receipt, you really can't tell if your coupon ACTUALLY came off!! It is DEDUCTED from each INDIVIDUAL item, instead of just being listed, STRAIGHT FORWARD, at the end. If you're giving me $5 off $25, just list the $5 deduction at the bottom, before the total!! EVERY Customer I've spoken to feels the same way... they get very frustrated with the coupon system!PLEASE UPDATE this issue in the app!!And, I'm sorry to say, but you never know what MOOD an employee will be in.... even as a regular, at times, you are treated with rudeness, or indifference!! At times, you feel like you are bothering them, when you need help!!
