Absolutely one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to and whoever the woman there who thinks she’s in charge is one of the most incompetent pharmacy managers I’ve had the misfortune to encounter. She was arrogant, rude, mean and covered up for her piss poor unprofessional behavior by having a nasty attitude, lying and making it seem like I was the issue and not her. Funny how the CVS accross the street always has shorter lines and more staff. DEAR MANAGER READ YOUR REVIEWS YOUR STORE HAS FAILED AND YOUR PHARMACY MANAGER IS INCOMPETENT and all of the reviews on this page show it! Pathetic.

AVOID!!!! This Walgreens like many others is absolutely HORRIBLE! They'll keep doctors on hold for hours when they're trying to call in a prescription. They also all constantly lie. My doctor called in a rx at 2pm while sitting with me, and they told us the medicine will be ready in an hour. I arrive at the pharmacy at 6pm, and then they tell me that they never even received a rx. After 15 minutes, they finally tell me that they just received the rx from the doctor now and they need another hour to fill them. This location is an absolute disaster. There's always an extremely long line for everything, and the employees will all give you an attitude as if they're paying you.

We have been coming to this location for years. The pharmacy staff knows me on sight and is always pleasant. They make dealing with my mother's many prescriptions, doctors, and insurance less of a headache. The wait is often long, but the service is well worth it

Hands down, one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. You're lucky if someone answers the phone. You are put on hold for several minutes - 45 to be exact in my situation. I called and finally spoke to someone for them to tell me they are ordering my prescription and it will be in tomorrow. I call them the next day to hear "we have no prescriptions for you." I have gotten the run around several times and no one seems to have a clue what is going on. When I went in to get my prescription, they ended up giving me the wrong medication. I will not be going here going forward and I strongly suggest that you avoid this place at all costs.

The short thin caucasian male with black hair glasses and covered in tatoos usually in the front of the store registers seems to suffer from a mental bipolar disorder and seriously needs to get help it seems he is either high on something and when he rings you up he has no clue if you are purchasing or returning and he mumbles some serious stuff to the customers and his fellow coworkers I get it if you hate your job or hate dealing with the public kindly seek employment elesewhere but do not come to work high as a kite and jeapordize your and others safety ?

I had a terrible experience at this location with the pharmacy tech name Natalie. She came across as condescending and rude and told me I should've known that they go on break from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Meanwhile there's no sign that is on their drive-through window, acknowledging that.she was very abrasive and even though I got there at 1:20. She gave me a hard time getting my medication. These people need better customer service training, especially in the medical field. It's despicable.

Pharmacy had me on hold for 14 minutes then hung up on me. Prescription sent over 3 times (spanning a time of 8 hours) r and they still had not filled it. In person service is even worst- can't locate medication and generally just don't know what's going on. Last time using them!

Pharmacy is located at the cross roads across the old location.Expanded and larger inventory competes with similar size CVS across the street. Pharmacy hours are fewer and staff there are extremely slow. This store can take a cue from CVS and have self check outs. Lines at manned counter are sometimes long due to inadequate staffing.

You can never get through to the pharmacy and when you call the main store they tell you it’s too busy back there and they can’t help you so customer service stinks and there’s a CVS right across the street
