The customer service at Videoguys is amazing. Let me explain: I ordered a SmallHD Focus Gimbal kit and when I had not received a tracking number after about 5-7 days, I called to see what was going on. Britt was the customer service agent that helped me and it turns out SmallHD (the brand of the monitor not Videoguys) had two issues. They unfortunately had a warehouse fire and the clamp that the manufacturer sent them for the gimbal kit was the wrong clamp that they ordered and kept breaking. Upon finding out this news, Britt and Videoguys offered me a reasonable discount and also sent me a link to a different gimbal mount that I could purchase in place of the gimbal mount with a kit.

A family business that values the customer. I bought a promotional Adobe 1 year subscription through Videoguys on the very last day of the promotion. The promo price was guaranteed for 3 years. They explained to me that it was important to sign into the subscription online before midnight for the promotional price which I did. My renewal for year 2 was fine but when it came time to renew for year 3 the price came in at the regular value. Trying to get it ironed out with Adobe was like talking to a brick wall. My business model cannot accommodate the full price so I figured it was a lost cause and would quit Adobe one year early and look for my alternatives without much lead time. Videoguys took upon themselves to fix the problem for me when even for them talking to Adobe was like talking to a brick wall but after several days it came through. This then gave me a one year lead time to migrate away from the Adobe tools. The Adobe tools are very good but just simply priced out of my price range given my business model. ---------- Update July 19, 2017 These people are knowledgeable beyond belief and spend that knowledge helping the little folk like me. They recommended just the equipment I needed to get my job done representing a major upgrade in services I deliver to my clients.

When I was a kid and was sent to the store to get a loaf of bread there was one loaf of bread to get... Today even a loaf of bread can be a hard choice. If you want to deal with Imaging you need more information then your need places to shop. - - - - - - - - - - *_Videoguys_* shares more *quality information* then any resource I've found. Their resources are not just customer opinions with all the problematic baggage that brings but clearly explained, in-depth, well thought out examples that guide & relate to today's Imaging practices & business. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Oh, I should explain one thing, I'm a primarily still Image person that does a bit of video.... After all, video is just a string of stills run so it's hard to see all the detail in but are more work to make. (No flames friends, think about it...) If you do ANY Imaging, still or video, Videoguys is a resource you should be aware of if not follow. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I'm glad Videoguys (and their gals) got on Google+. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Great Day!
