“Apollo did an AMAZING job cleaning a WHITE leather coach bag of mine. I had used the bag one evening and did not notice until at least a week later that someone must have spilled a cranberry-based beverage all over it :) There were splotches of red and pink all over it.... Once I saw this, I took the bag to several different cleaners and shops who all said they were going to charge at least $100 and that they could not guarantee the stain would come out (and even if it did not come out I would still owe them the money...). Not only did Apollo fully restore this bag to mint condition, he was so much more reasonably-priced than the rest. I could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing as he gave me the plan of action to clean the bag. I am so happy he was able to fix up the bag, as I got this white bag to compliment bridal outfits of mine in anticipation for my wedding this year. It means so much that she is cranberry-stain free. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend him.”

“Mark is the Best !!! I had a wonderful experience at this store. As a mom with a child with special needs life overwhelming with each new finding and each new piece of equipment. My daughter received her first pair of AFOs and I was in a desperate search to find a shoe that fit over them. After going to what felt like 100 stores, I stopped in at new balance. Mark knew exactly what I needed. He seem to have a lot of experience with AFOs. He also gave me some suggestions on how to make the AFO fit better and even provide a diagram for the maker. He made me feel at ease. This is a new journey for me. The new balance 990s work perfect for AFOs. I just have one little suggestion the store should offer a few more colors on that style . They only had gray. Thanks again I will be back.”

“I bought my first pair of sketchers in ATLANTIC CITY at the mall. Ever since Ive been addicted to them. They are so different from other sneakers and they do have different types so you’ll have to decide which type is best for you. The slip-ons are wonderful. I received 2 pairs as a Christmas gift and I gave 2 pairs as a gift.The place is very clean and organized, but so many. There are workers that can help you.”

There was a specific belt that was sold out everywhere- online and in Bloomingdale’s, and Allen was able to locate one in their store and save my Christmas!I called, he secured the belt for me & I was able to pick it up after work and he wrapped it all perfect for me for my fiancé for Christmas. Steve is amazing! The true definition of great customer service, he listened to my concerns and addressed them with no issues, he took me through the full process of scanning my feet, helping choose the right boot, the right insoles, showed me how to care/maintain my boots, even how to tie them properly for a more secure fit and comfort! It was truly an experience! Steve really cares and believes in the product he’s giving you, he doesn’t just sell you a shoes because it’s his job. These boots have really improved how my feet feel after a 10 hour minimum work day! He really is amazing! Steve and Red wing now have a customer for life!”
“I like a good deal when you find one and this store has it. They have lots of models for Crocs, Birkenstocks, Converse, Vans etc. Even the hard to find Doc Martens have nice styles here. Self service. I like that no one bothers me while i look at what options are available for me. Find the size uou need on your own & try! Go to the counter when you’re ready- that simple. Staff keeps the place orderkg and items are easy to find.”

Logan has exceptional tact. I only visited Bloomingdale's because no other store had what I wanted in stock. Logan took the time to find exactly what I wanted even though the item wasn't on display.
