“Great service, i did not realize that my unit was on top and i had to use a step ladder. Was a bit freaked. They immed changed it for me, walked me around to find a unit that made me comfortable, ensured all the doors, elevators etc were good, even called me after to ensure all was ok.The place was immaculate! Smelled clean and fresh and the location was easy.5 plus stars!!”
“I contracted with the Valley Stream Extra Storage location for short term storage but left with a STELLAR long-lasting impression! Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Sam who was a GEM! He made the rental process seamless and incredibly enjoyable with his knowledge, efficiency and wonderful sense of humor. With his professionalism and engaging personality, Sam is a genuine asset to the Extra Space organization. In a day and age where customer service is so severely lacking- Sam is truly a breath of fresh air! A wonderful experience all the way around!!!”

“I needed a bit of an odd move. Had to move out, go into storage then move in a month later. How, Vinny and another guy (I'm sorry I forgot his name) helped both times and I can't say a bad thing about any of them. They were totally professional, very personable and considering it was a stressful time, a joy to work with. I'd use them again without a doubt if I ever had to move again.”
