They squeezed me in for a last minute manicure while I was visiting my family. The owner was amazing, so accommodating. Best manicure that I have had in 10 years. Don't listen to the negative reviews, they are from angry people!!!! You will absolutely not be disappointed if you go there.Service: Manicure

Very poor service. Came in and asked for mani pedi they finished my manicure and as I went for my pedicure they said no no come back in 2 hours ??? I mean I don’t know who has time to go back and forth to the nail salon. Manicure was awful- I asked for square shape and the lady said this is square this is square (?) if a customer has an issue with the shape of her nails then you shouldn’t be arguing just help the customer.

It's been almost two weeks since my powder gel manicure here and my poor nails have still not recovered. The lady who removed my existing gel manicure used the little electric buffer and took off so many top layers of my nail with the polish, it hurt! I swear she was seconds from sawing through to the blood. On top of that, I'm not sure if this is her fault or the product they use but the nails ALL chipped within 3 days. Powder gel manicures generally last two weeks, so this is seriously not right. The gel all cracked and broke and my nails went with it. Almost every one of them hurts and is broken now. I finally pried it all off so that my fingers can recover- so pissed that I spend $48 (including tip) for the worst manicure ever.

First time I came here it was fine. They painted my nails, great. This time around, I wanted tips and powder gel. I informed the woman that had an injury on my nail (the nail bed was very thin in one area after I had accidentally cut into it a month earlier) and asked her if I could/should still get tips and the powder gel. She said yes. I told her to be careful. She filed over it with an electric file and it hurt. I winced and pulled away and she put pressure on my nail and apologized. It did not hurt THAT much at that point. When she went over with the regular file I felt a very sharp pain and when I looked down I was bleeding -- a lot. She was pressing squares of paper towel and of course that hurt bc I no longer had nail there-- it was exposed flesh. She, without my consent, put antiseptic on it and it burned even more (though it was needed). I was crying and said I did not want the manicure anymore I just wanted to leave. The owner cane over and the 2 pushed me to continue. I should have left. We settled on gel color rather than the powder, but at this point I was very disoriented bc of all the pain I was in. They put hundreds of color swatches in front of me and had me choose, all while I was crying. I settled on a color and she began to paint over the plastic tips! Again I was too shaken to say anything but in hindsight, this was a BAD idea. The tip has no support whatsoever, and unsurprisingly, broke off of a few of my nails. What's worse is that they didn't offer me a bandaid for my bleeding finger nail, I had to ask. Oh and they charged me! $60! It was originally $65 with the powder gel, but bc we changed it to color gel a whole $5 was taken off. First of all, I should NOT have been charged after the ordeal I'd been out through. Secondly, the powder gel alone was 45$. 20 for the tips makes $65 right? If the color gel is $25 (it is $25), and we add $20 for the tips, we get $45 total, not $60. Went back the next day and got my money back! Thank god.

First when my sister and I walked in, I said I wanted a gel manicure, my sister wanted a powder gel manicure and as soon as she said that one of the ladies shook her head as if to say "I don't want to do it". Then I was burned several times when my hands were put into the UV light and when she was taking off my nail polish with the dremel. I have to say I did have 4 of my nails broken and she fixesd all of them and only charged me for 2. And the prices are very good. Other then that I think the service needs to be updated. My sister also had to put her powder nails under the dryer for a few minutes, if you've ever had powder, you don't need to put it under the dryer. Also I wouldn't say they have the cleanest supplies or towels.

I love this salon. Open over 19 years they always remember your name and your favorite colors. One can count on friendly service, excellent work and a clean facility any time of the day on any day of the week. #1 in my family book.
