I brought my truck in for a driver side window glass replacement. The work was done quickly, neatly and every interaction I had with the owner and staff was delightful. I’d highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for all auto body needs. 10/10.

I have been using Mineola Jericho auto body for about 15 years when my first car ever got damaged. At the time I was in my early 20s and new to the adulting world and Doug truly took care of me. I have since then always brought any of my vehicles and have recommended several people all of whom have had positive experiences. Doug is a straight shooter who sticks to business and is always looking to help a customer out where he can. The shop does amazing work and tries to make the entire process as convenient as possible. Flexible with how and when you pay I have never felt this kind of "we will work with" feeling ever for anything dealing with a car. A+ service and A+ work

Full of scammers, I would give zero stars if I could. STAY FAR AWAY. I requested a quote, when I realized Doug was severely overcharging me, I asked for a breakdown of the charges. Upon asking for a simple breakdown of the charges, it offended him, and he turned into a rude, arrogant, and nasty man. Upon numerous other inconveniences I experienced, I will NEVER return.

My family and I have been using this business for years now. My car was hit back in April causing a significant amount of damage. I had it towed here for repair. Within 10 days, my car was finished and looking better than new. A week or so ago I brought the car to Toyota for a 5k mile "complimentary" service. A couple of days prior the car notified me that the headlight system was malfunctioning (right headlight was out) I informed the tech at Toyota about this. He was going to look into it while servicing my car. Three hours later I was told that because of my accident in April and the work that was done on the car, they won't touch it unless I pay over $1,000 for a new headlamp "assembly". Gone are the days where you buy a $10 headlight and screw it in. Of course, I laughed in his face and immediately contacted Doug at Jericho Collision. Brought it to him first thing in the morning and by the afternoon it was done. He reset the computer system so the annoying message disappeared and Oscar pretty quickly checked the fuses and sure enough it was a bad fuse. DONE .....not $1,000, not 3 hours, nothing!!!!! It was something so simple as that and a "certified Toyota mechanic" couldn't figure it out. Thank you to Doug, Oscar, Sandy and all the crew at Jericho Collision for their continue kindness and expertise.

There is many things wrong with this business. First off after I got into my accident, I needed to tow from Garden City to Mineola… their shop was the shop that towed my car. They charged me $515 and the owner refused to let me go in my car to grab my personal belongings. I had to contact the police to get into my car over the weekend. Lastly, as I was moving my car out of the shop because I did not want them working on my car, the owner was moving my car off the tow truck and proceeded to damage my car even more, running over my front driver side tire. The car may have not been totaled before this occurred, but after the thief of a owner moved it off the lift it was most definitely totaled. I would not recommend anybody using this business unless you want your car to get even more screwed up. Attached you will see before and after pictures. Never use them!

Owner is a total scammer and wildly unprofessional, do not use this place. Lied about pricing and when speaking to the auto body shops in the area he was a known thief. Additionally, the owner was charged with multiple counts of larceny and fraud. Would give 0 stars if possible.

These are likely why this place has any reviews in the first place. You have to pick a star in order to complete a review. This place is a complete and total sham. I know that the auto world is a shady world by nature but this guy takes it to a whole new level. All the kept asking was "do you have full coverage" "do you have collision on the car" Once they found out there was insurance they turned the faucet on and tried to bleed my insurance company. They billed for road clean up - I CLEANED UP THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT MYSELF - They claim to have put something down on the road to clean up the fluids that spilled following the accident - THEY DID NOT DO THIS EITHER AS THE STAIN IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! - He knows the game and plays it in his favor. A real piece of work.

I made changes to my review it seems they do good body work but do shady practices in a time where young people pay close attention to reviews in my situation i bought my car originally with a right cracked mirror and changed it myself they added a non Honda mirror and stole my OEM part I posted pictures of when i originally bought my mirror 2017 on my car purchase and a picture of what the inside of the mirror looked like at the time and backing plate, they went through the effort to add a broken mirror and steal my part when all i needed was a fender and front bumper change It’s sad that the owner Douglas does these practices as his shop does do good work now his decent work is overlooked by dirty practices
