I called to see if they had a certain medication in stock and the pharmacist said “no, we don’t.” I hadn’t even shared the name of the medication! It would’ve been comical had it not been so rude. Extremely condescending and dismissive staff. Do not recommend.

Incredibly rude pharmacist and assistant. I called up because there is an amoxicillin shortage of sorts and I called around today to see if they have the exact brand and those that I usually take. I was happy to hear that this pharmacy had the manufacturer in stock. When I got there a very grumpy gentleman brought it out. I asked if the receipt was in the bag (since I paid over the phone) and he just looked at me with a blank look on his face and sort of moved his head. I looked in the bag to make sure it was the correct manufacturer, and it sure wasn’t. I called back and spoke with the pharmacist who was told me that I never requested a certain manufacturer. I let him know that I certainly did as I have made several calls today. He kept on asking me what do you want to do as if he was too bothered to deal with the situation at hand. I told him I would like my money back and I would give him back the amoxicillin. He came out and handed me the money and took the amoxicillin back. Very nasty way to conduct business. He hast to understand that patients do have a right to feel comfortable and respected. I told him I am a nurse and he said so what I’m a pharmacist. Lol. Well, he’s a very nasty one and I will never recommend anyone to go there. I am all for small mom and Pop shops versus corporate, but save yourself, the attitude and language barrier (the assistant clearly didn’t understand or relay the info to the pharmacist) and go to another local establishment!

Love this local pharmacy- it is so clean, fully stocked shelves and friendly staff ready to answer any questions you may have (with a smile).... I wish they were open longer but hopefully with things expanding in downtown Mineola they will increase their hours one day too

Best pharmacy and always there to help you. They are local so much easier to get there. The staff is spectacular they go above and beyond to assist you. Manny is wonderful and very patient spends time explaining everything and always answers all questions. It's a pleasure doing business with them and I recommend trying them.
