Service was outstanding, got me a phone in my budget with what I needed without pushing me to buy add one or the most expensive phone. Went from an iPhone pro max to a Samsung a15 and after getting used to it it works as good as an iPhone. I locked myself out of the phone during set up and went back to the store and the agent helped give me options on what I could do before purchasing another phone. He didn't have to help me, I was upset and frustrated and he was very professional and calm and I was able to resolve the issue. The best service I ever received from a phone store and I've had mobile, Verizon, at&t in the past so I've been to a lot of stores.

Sam is great. He’s patient and takes his time explaining the plans, ensuring you can make an informed decision. I’ve never felt rushed when he’s taken care of me. Great customer service skills—definitely recommend.

Amazing!!! I went here with many problems on my phone, and they did their best to solve all my problems. This is my go-to MetroPCS location. Always helpful, and never let their customer go back without solving their problems!!

Went there to purchase a phone; after an unusual experience at the corporate store on old country road. The salesperson here was fantastic at this location; they had the phone I wanted but she recommend a phone she thought I would like better; price was a little higher; but a much better phone. The service was FANTASTIC!.
