“While feeling ill on a Friday I called to see if they could treat me. What a pleasant and efficient staff. I went right in and was taking care of. The office is large and spotless.The staff listened and were attentive. Within 45 minutes I was on my way with meds sent to my pharmacy. They informed me my info would be on file for future check in. Thank you so much! Was feeling better by later that evening!”

“Who enjoys going to the Doctor? Pretty much no one, but that’s probably because you haven’t been to this office. I needed a physical for a clinical rotation and my primary couldn’t get me in but I called and spoke with Sandy and she helped me more than I even realized I needed. She may be the nicest human being alive and I’ve never met her in person. Arrived today and was greeted by Cristal who checked me in told me what paperwork she would need all with a smile on her face like she actually enjoyed speaking with me. Next up was Daniela who I found out will be a treating medical professional in just a couple months, her future patients will be very lucky to have her with her personality and patient care, anywhere will be lucky to have her. Finally there is Amy and if I didn’t know any better I’d swear there is a competition between all these great women to see who can be nicer than the last. I was not sick but I’d bet had I been just speaking with this team I would have started getting better immediately. You can’t teach bedside manner but if you could Amy would be the Professor. People that write reviews typically complain about the smallest of issues but if anyone ever wrote a negative review of this crew I’d love to talk with them because I can’t picture them being capable of doing wrong. 10/10 send your family and friends!!! Tell them Fox sent ya!!! Oh and by the way this office is about 45’ from my home and I’m not even remotely upset about it.”

“My experience at the garden city location was as great! They were very professional yet had a laid back calm type of feel. They were fast effective and I was out in 15 min or less. Donna up front was as helpful and friendly as they come. She had a very warm, welcoming, helpful, and fun way about her but at the same time was very professional. Yaseena who does the blood work was very friendly and gentle. You barley feel the needle go in and it was done before you know it. She made the experience as easy as could be. “The phlebotomist was the nicest person! This will be the place that I will go to for my blood work from now on. No wonder it was so crowded! It's a small place with one phlebotomist. If you don't have an appointment, you can wait for awhile. If you have an appointment, there might be still a little wait but it's really understandable considering how crowded the place is.”

“Went there for a drug test for pre-employment. The lady that helped me out was very nice. However, the wait times are going to be a bit long. My appointment was at 9:30 and I checked in 10 minutes prior. I was not called until 10:00 to do the drug test. It took about 5 minutes to complete the test but the place does look a bit understaffed. At least everyone was very nice and polite to me. I do feel that an extra person helping would be great for not only the people working but also the patients that may not have the time to sit for so long”

“I arrived without an appointment for an employer drug test, and I realized arriving at 1:25pm that I might be too late. At 1:30, they can’t take walk-ins for drug tests, but Fatima didn’t mind. She took me in within two minutes, and completed the whole process explaining everything within 10-15 minutes. Absolutely amazing experience, just ignore all the old reviews.
