Bought a patio bench and when I opened the box to put the furniture together. The pieces are mislabeled and I get two of the same panel.They need better quality control! Now I'm waiting for them to contact me back. I got a bench with a side panel that doesn't fit.

I purchased 4 barstools from JC Penney's which came from Linon. After approx. 7 months 1 stool started making a crackling noise which became louder and louder. I hardly use these stools so could not understand why the product was not holding up. Found out frame was sturdy but the board from inside the bottom cushion must have broke which was making the noise. Contacted both JC Penney's and Linon only to be advised it was out of warranty and received no follow-up. I offered to even purchase the bottom cushion with no response from Linon.Looking closer at the design there is no support underneath the bottom cushion in the middle to support any type of weight.Trey barstool

We purchased the kitchen cart with granite top and it is truly the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Nearly every corner of every piece is dinged. The paint job is atrocious. The pieces are misshapen and difficult to assemble. There are no included tools, even though it was supposed to have an Allen wrench. Two of the bags of pieces were mislabeled. There was grease all over the finishings. The included wheels were very dirty. Truly a horrible product and experience. I advise all to stay away from this company.

I bought a vanity bench from Wayfair who obtained the bench from this supplier. The leg literally snapped in half one day, out of the blue. I am a person of normal weight, not even close to obese. I contacted Wayfair, and they said I had to contact Linon, the supplier, who turned me back to Wayfair, who turned me back to Linon, who refused to do anything about it. This is CHEAP furniture despite the price and they do not stand behind their products even if defective.

Received my Kitchen Cart and one of the drawer sliders is wrong and the drawer is chipped on top. My husband had to drill bigger holes because their hardware couldn't fit properly!Won't be ordering from this company anymore.

This kitchen cart I paid 275 dollars for is basically made of cardboard. I'm trying to get a hold of support to order a new back panel but no one wants to answer the dn phones. This is stupid. Don't buy from here.

I ordered a kitchen cart with a granite top. The first top never arrived, called to report it and another was sent and arrived broken due to inadequate packaging. Called again and a third was sent and broken again! Supposedly"double wrapped" but only had cardboard corner protectors. Flimsy styrofoam"cushioning".

This review is because one of the four folder chairs I received (Linon Triena Mission Back Vinyl Folding Dining Chair in Espresso) cracked after a few uses. It was after the standard Amazon return period and the retailer, Value Corp, sent me to Linon and Linon sent me back to Value Corp. Bottom line, don't buy from Linon or Value Corp.

Ordered a vanity and put it together only to discover at the last minute the mirror it came with was chipped badly. Been trying diligently to get ahold of someone to simply send me another mirror that isn't broken but even contacting this company seems to be incredibly difficult. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this brand at all. Terrible customer service. Will probably just order a second one, swap the shitty mirror and send it back. F*** this place

Great customer service from Linon Home Decor. I purchased and received a beautiful TV console table, but one of the glides for the drawer was bent. After a short phone call all the necessary parts I needed to complete the assembly were quickly mailed to me. I'm very happy with the product and service from this company. I highly recommend them. I found their product on Wayfair.

I have had a terrible time getting the correct, very small piece of hardware to put the door on a kitchen cart I purchased. They keep sending me the upper bracket instead of the lower bracket and customer service is only a voicemail. I faxed pictures of exactly what I need and now I am unable to talk to a real person to solve what should be a very simple issue. Very very frustrating!

Terrible. Was sent two pieces with incorrect pilot holes and duplicates of parts when I needed two separate ones. Home Depot, please don't supply anything from this company any more.

Not sure what the other reviews here are talking about. Every single piece of furniture I have from them is well-built and of quality. People need to know that sometimes getting parts isn't just a matter of getting a part off a shelf. Sometimes it requires the manufacturer sending it out to the distributor, to the consumer. This might take some time. In my experience, the parts were delivered in an acceptable time frame. 10/10 would buy furniture from them again.
