Parking can be challenging but once inside everything goes smoothly. Located downstairs on ground level and closed for lunch 12:00 - 12:30. Everyone is kind, courteous and considerate. I highly recommend this location

I had a great experience at this Lapcorp. The woman that helped me was quick, efficient, nice, and calm. She found my vein on the first try and took her time locating options before pricking me. I had a bad experience at the Garden City location so I'm happy this experience counterbalanced how I was treated as a patient with this company.

Very clean and professional. Moves at a nice pace. Good on the technology part of it. Blood techs very good. I have been going there for years. My grown children go too.

It’s honestly so disappointing having to come to offices like these in which they have no idea what they’re doing, don’t pick up the phone and can’t give you accurate information.

This place was hard to find (because there's another place with the same address about two blocks away), hard to park, and hard to locate once in the building because its in the basement. There's no cell service down there and their internet also happened to be down. They didn't check my ID or insurance card. They weren't sure which tubes to use and had to leave the area to make a phone call (because there's no service) to check what tubes to use. They stuck me three different times. This was a disaster of an appointment and I will be using Quest from no on where I've never had an issue.

Unorganized, staff was unprofessional, it was super hot in there, some patients ended up leaving. The staff didn’t know the code to the bathroom , all around bad experience ans wouldn’t recommend it

Nice place, it's tucked in the basement of the building. Great staff and kept very clean. Check in process is super simple, simply use one of the two tablets in the waiting room with a valid drivers license and are information and your good to go.

Went in today to get blood drawn for my 1 year old son , Laurie was very professional and was able to get it done. So happy I went there , I know with baby’s it make it harder but she did a very good job.

I’ve shown up twice at 300 old country rd. First time women says miss you have to come back another time we stop talking Walk ins at 2 pm. I just walked in again today at 11:45 the same women say miss you have to come back at 12:30 I have two patients here and I have to have lunch. This is a terrible business model. Now I sit in my car and wait. Horrible.

Very nasty attitude, when you call to make an appointment they tell you you don't need an appointment, when you show up only one person working she tells me they have to take the appointments first and then tells me can't see you an with still and hr left before they close
