Came here originally just wanting a gel manicure and pedicure. Was pressured to get a spa pedicure because of a callus that I was completely fine with leaving alone. Ended up getting the semi hard gel ($45) + gina spa pedicure ($58) and my total was $131. I’m honestly not sure what the extra $28 was for because I couldn’t find anything on their website listed for $28. That’s definitely on me for not asking for an itemized bill at the start. Also on me for not bringing cash because there’s a $5 convenience fee for card so I ended up paying $156 total, tip included. My biggest issue though wasn’t with the price but with the professionalism. The nail techs doing my manicure + pedicure kept talking to each other in a different language. They were chatting so much that another employee even pointed it out. In addition, because they were working simultaneously and there wasn’t much room, they’d occasionally bump into each other and literally say “oops/oopsie” while painting my nails. I understand mistakes happen but if I’m paying >$150 for these services, I’d hope the workers would be a bit more professional about it. All in all, it was alright, not super satisfied for the price, but this is just one person’s experience so hopefully this isn’t always the case.

I recently moved here and had to blindly find a place for my sister to get her bridal nails. They made her feel like a queen and did an amazing job. So grateful.

This place is super clean. However, nowadays if you're not getting gel no one knows how to do a good manicure or pedicure. On several occasions I'v had regular mani and pedi done and all every person don't trim toe cuticle, they don't scrub heels as well. I mean why do you charge top price and your staff is not up to the level of doing a proper basic mani and pedi. It's disappointing because this place is convenient and I really wanted it to work but after six visits I realized it's a waste of money. One thing I wanted to point out though the massage person is the best, worth every penny.

Specialties: Went for removal of gel and gel manicure. I work nearby and figured I’d give it a try.
Sophia worked on my nails and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was my first time there. She shaved and filed layers off my nails and I was in pain and with a burning sensation for hours. She was in a rush and it showed. Also kept trying to sell me an upgrade for an already $ 38 gel manicure. Left the place super stressed and in pain. They are busy and with that said they cut corners on nail care. If you don’t want damaged nails either stay away from this place or avoid “Sophia”. I do not plan to return despite working right next to it.

I moved to the area a few months ago and have been wanting to find a nail place in town. I’ve passed Gina’s a bunch of times as I live a few blocks away and finally decided to give it a try today, after my cousin went and highly recommended it. I was truly impressed with the quality of service that everyone at Gina’s offers. I didn’t have an appointment and they accommodated me and answered my many questions (was trying hard gel for the first time). All of the girls who helped me were patient, friendly, helpful and just overall provided a great experience. Ive been getting powder for 4 years and finally decided to try hard gel today. Young did my nails and she was so sweet and friendly! She was so meticulous and took her time shaping and taking care of my nails. Leah did the girl next to me and she also seems amazing. Gina was very friendly and welcoming as well. I can’t speak to how well the nails last yet as I just went today but will update the review if needed. The prices are a little higher than I’m used to but they are consistent with other places in the area, so I understand. Overall very satisfied with my experience and definitely want to come again!

I got a regular gel manicure with design for $45. I love my experience here. All the employees are so welcoming and positive and pay attention to detail. Great place, so glad to have found them.

Gina's is my go to place for a pedicure. The ladies are experienced and have great attention to detail. I like that they include a jelly type soak. They also have so many colors to choose from! They do get busy, so I would recommend making an appt ahead of time. Bring some quarters if you plan to park nearby on the street or there is a parking garage down the block. When I have time, I treat myself to a 10 min massage at the end -- and you should too!

Great service. Got a hard gel manicure. Expensive but came out great and hopefully will last a few weeks. I planning on going back to get fill in. Many compliments on color. Very happy. Most there seemed to be happy repeat customers. Music and tv playing. Clean and comfortable

Always a great experience visiting Gina and the other women there. They take sanitization very seriously, walking in to immediately washing your hands and always using clean tools. Also can’t recommend Brenda enough! She’s great at pedicures and massages!
