“I dealt with two individuals named Shamara and Ibraheem at GEM PAWN BROKERS today , Monday March 11th, 2024 and I must say that the experience was pleasantly surprising! Both individuals were the epitome of respectful, courteous, kind and at the same time professional in conducting business! Their customer service was exemplary, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I came to learn that this store probably earns better than many others in the chain! Two thumbs up for awesome service! “I had purchased from Gelber and Mundy many years ago and always found them to be really fantastic to work with. More recently, I had to have clasps changed on a couple of white gold chains, and a knot removed from another. Each time, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and at an incredibly reasonable price. Everytime I am in the store, I admire the jewelry on display - it's beautiful and no matter what your taste, you can find something! The staff is always professional and very friendly and I look forward to working with the store again in the future (hopefully for some more fun, larger purchases).”
