The delivery service is too good to pass up, and you can send refills with a fax, a phone call, or with an app. Always happy to support a local pharmacy but especially when they're this good. They've helped with sourcing specific generics and calling before filling anything that seems out of the ordinary. Really appreciate all they do and they make life that much easier.

Told me I needed a prior authorization to pick up a medication. I waited 2 hours and ended up having a PACU nurse call to figure out what was going on. She too was peprplexed by the explanation until the women at the pharmacy gave her an attitude and explained that I didn't need a prior authorization if I just payed $9. I went back to the pharmacy who tried to explain that this was common sense, even though both a PA and PACU nurse couldn't make sense of it. I enjoy supporting local business, but I'm not an idiot and work in the medical field. If I didn't understand it, another nurse and a PA didn't undrestand it, then you didn't explain it. Do better and don't rely on people to reading minds.

I am dealing with elderly parents. I called Franwin today for a back brace and the staff there stayed on the phone with me, while I was at work and had to put them on hold. The young lady who helped me (I do not know her name), was so patient with me. I was looking for a back brace and did not have measurements. She literally stayed on the phone with me going through all the measurements and what have you. It is clear the staff at franwin cares about your issues. And for this I am thankful. It has been quite a task navigating through the health care system. The staff at franwin were not only helpful at the moment, they offered future help. There is nothing like a mom and pop shop.

Very professional service, quick turn around on prescriptions. Offer professional discounts for fellow physicians filling their own medications. Would certainly recommend patients to use this pharmacy.

I needed a power lift recliner due to back issues. I searched & searched for a local Pride Dealer so I could sit & try a Pride recliner. I went to Franwin Pharmacy in Mineola, NY. I found the perfect recliner. It's a VivaLift, PLR-958, the Legacy model. Lynette helped me. She had so much patience & understanding helping me. I arrived with a yardstick since I needed the seat to be a certain depth. Lynette was very knowledgeable about the features of the recliner. Ordering the recliner was easy. They had the color recliner I liked in stock. On April 24, 2023 I purchased the recliner. On April 28, 2023 the recliner was delivered. I received a phone call letting me know the delivery was on its way. Rosa & the gentleman were awesome. The delivery went so smoothly. They set up the recliner 1, 2, 3. They took away all the packing material. They're wonderful. Rosa gave me the info & reminded me I need to register my recliner. I registered my recliner the same day I received it. The registration process was simple and easy. Thank you also Lynette for sending me another seat cushion for my butt and spine. The cushions are wonderful and so reasonably priced. Now I have 2 cushions & don't have to move a cushion from chair to chair. This recliner is beyond awesome. You guys take pride in your job. You're an asset to the business. It was such a pleasure meeting you and having a positive and uplifting shopping experience. If anyone needs health items, go to Franwin Pharmacy.

Took my mom there for the first time for compression socks, mom has difficulty walking due to swelling of feet, Lynnette's care & thoughtfulness went above & beyond. She took time to show me where parking garage is, spent time explaining about the socks, measurements & ordering process. We never felt rushed or forced to buy something we don't need. The other staff also very friendly & polite, such a lovely little place to get all your medical needs.

My daughter hurt her knee and needed a specific brave that was out of the norm! Three different pharmacies could not help! Lynette researched, gave me the price, her cell and got the brace for my daughter! She did it all with such kindness too! Great place and people!

Wonderful pharmacy! The staff is amazing, caring and very friendly. Anthony, Lynette and Rosa went out of their way to accommodate us. Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. By far best pharmacy I've ever been to. They're all about service and customer care. Such a nice change from the chain pharmacies. I will continue to shop here.

I am so impressed with this pharmacy. One of my doctors gave me a script for a compound mixture. My neighborhood pharmacy doesn't do compound mixtures, my doc said Franwin Pharmacy can definitely do it. I believe the gentleman that I spoke to in person was the one that explained the cost and how to use it. I wish I could remember his name. It was worth getting stuck on the Southern State Parkway from Queens to Mineola to pick up my script. I also pick up a few other things while I was there. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I want to thank Lynette for all of her help today. She was able to help me take care of my 83 year old friend who desperately needed specific medical supplies. Lynette went above and beyond by texting me pictures, diagrams, and pricing so I could make an informed and quick decision. And the best part was her being able to deliver the same day. Living out in Suffolk county it was a HUGE help! Thanks again Lynette, you are the best.FYI...It arrived before 4pm just like you promised and its a perfect fit!
