Nice place to live, neighbors were quiet but friendly, management was always responsive if I had questions, maintenance addresses tickets quickly

The apartment was great lived there a year, no problems, but getting the apartment was a hassle. Even with co-signers they said we didn’t make enough money with multiple forms of income and then for each co-signer had to pay application fees! And they almost didn’t want to accept us!

Do not move here. The apartments are poorly made with cheap materials and when something broke in my apartment I was charged hundreds of dollars for the repairs. The office was not helpful or receptive and the repairs took weeks to get done.
