This nail salon exceeded my expectations. The staff was very kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable the entire time I was being serviced. Prices are very reasonable, and it’s clear that the nail techs know what they’re doing. I would recommend Muse Nails to anyone looking to not only have beautiful nails, but a great nail experience.

If I can give it zero stars, I would. We used to go to Diva Nails for years and loved it there, but will not be going to Muse with the new management. The new management is very rude and jacked up the prices like crazy, and don’t even do a good job.Services: Pedicure

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENTCannot say enough good things about this nail salon! Super clean, calming and fairly priced. They accomplished exactly the nails I wanted. I got pink powder gel and they came out great! I used to go to the Muses Nails in St. James, and when they suggested Muse Nails in Mineola (since I have moved) I needed to give them a try! Already booked my next appointment!

This place used to be my go to for three years then they changed managements. Nobody gave me any notice about the change in price and I left unhappy. I’m never coming back.

This is by far the worse nail salon. I was a few minutes late to my appointment and the guy said he couldn’t take me and then they messed up my color and I had them do it all over again. I just had such a bad experience with their service. The lady in the front is just straight up mean.Services: Manicure

I went to Diva’s Nails for a gel manicure on 05/03/2022 and it was the worst experience I have ever encountered at a nail salon. The nail tech named Sandra cut four of my fingers as she was cleaning my cuticles. There was so much blood and she kept on using the same cotton dipped in alcohol for all four fingers to clean up the blood. She was trying to not make Jenny (the owner) see. After a while of trying to make the bleeding stop, I got up and went to Jenny and asked her if she has anything to stop the bleeding. She said they have a dropper and brushed it off to another employee. I walked over to the employee she was directing to get the dropper and she came back with bandaids. At this point, I told them that I don’t want to continue the manicure and I put three bandaids on my fingers. She completely ruined my cuticles and I will not be returning.Service: Manicure

I NEVER write reviews but just had to share this secret! Diva Nails is such a hidden gem! Jenny the owner is more than a nail tech, she’s an artist, a friend, and even my therapist at times! I look forward to my appointments with her! Her kindness and amazing personality is just a extra piece to the artistic work she does! Let’s also not forget her pedicure girls who give the best pedicures as well! Can’t wait for my Christmas design nails in a few weeks!
