I visited this branch a few weeks ago, and didn't get a chance to post earlier. I have to compliment Mariz who was a tremendous help with my account issue. She actually contacted ME noticing the concern, which I was already aware of and had not known how to handle. She invited me to come in, and we sat together and the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you so much Mariz! I feel it's important to share positive experiences.

Been going to this branch for years. Today I was in line, but the teller called another guy instead. I was obviously first, and the other customer thought i was skipping the line. I was there been waiting standing because their system was down. All staff saw me, but didn't say a word. Will pull out all assets from citibank soon. Go the CHASE next door instead, they know their customers by name.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, dedicated off street parking, teller speaks Spanish. No line, no wait. Makes up for the limited hours.
