My checking account was the victim of Zelle fraud. Over the course of several days, a significant amount of money was taken from my account and sent unauthorized to people I do not know. I reported it to Chase and the police. Chase refuses to replace the money claiming that the transactions were made from an IP address with the same geographic location as mine. They don't want to hear about cyber fraud, the fact that I never used the account to make Zelle payments and they didn't conduct any significant investigation. The bank branch manager, "Ray", was of absolutely no help and claimed his hands were tied, which I know is not the truth because branch managers have discretion under a certain amount of money. "Ray" also told a bank representative who was trying to assist me not to answer any of my calls or talk to me. I would absolutely NOT do business with this bank! They don't care about their customers. Chase should be ashamed of how they conduct business with loyal customers.

Had really bad experience at this branch. We called in and went to open a safe deposit. We were told on phone it would rata few minutes. When we arrived, the person in charge of safe deposit box was apparently on phone with another client and made us wait for over an hour. Nobody told us that you would have to wait so long. Professional courtesy dictates to let us know the wait time. We had plans for the day and our time was not valued. When we decided to leave after an hour, we were told to wait for another 20 minutes. We left without opening a safe deposit box. It's evident that they serve existing clients (bird in hand) with high net worth first and take liberties with new customer who only needs to open a safe deposit box. Such non professional and biased, discriminatory behavior is condemned. Never going back there!

Mike is awesome and answered our call today (11/06/18) instead of letting it roll over to the answering device. Some banks do that and it's so annoying when you have a simple question that doesn't need a run-around!

I really like Chase bank. There are branches all over which makes it very convenient. I've been to a few and have never had a bad experience. This one is right off of old country Rd so be careful when turning

What a pleasant experience. Everyone there was nice and wanted to help me. I went there to get a letter notarized and they had no problems and they didn't pitch me to open a new account. Great in my book.

Always go to this chase branch staff is supper friendly from Manager to counter staff. I opened two of my account in this branch and so far love there customer service. Also opened my business account with these people. if you have any problem with your chase account I highly recommend you to visit this chase branch .
