Gorgeous showroom and parts department. My special order for a matching colored toilet seat did not work out as planned and was given full refund in the end despite toilet seat was used and I lacked original box. The Kohler product did not perform as expected, repeatedly loosening up. Five stars for their patience in dealing with a demanding private customer.

Stopped in today to get a replacement part for our Delta shower. The gentleman at the counter looked at the part I brought in, immediately knew what what is was and found the replacement part for me. He was very helpful and kind.

I highly recommend Blackman, now Ferguson Plumbing, in Mineola where I’ve made many purchases over the years. I would like to mention that Wesley, one of the associates, has always been very helpful and patient when I’ve been unsure of which product would be best for my purpose. He also, just recently, directed me to the Greenvale store, where I dealt with another wonderful associate, Ronan Avramov, and made an important purchase. Great selection and really very helpful associates.

Stay away from Ferguson (Mineola location) and sales person Mr Feddy. Ordered two matching faucets on display in the showroom, and was told the wait time was 6 weeks. I scheduled kitchen renovation contractor and picked out slab based on delivery date.The delivery date came and went, no one contacted me. I called only to find out the delivery was 2 weeks late. That date came/went and no one contacted me AGAIN. In the mean time, I lost my slab and my contractor slot! Kitchen will now start two months later than anticipated. Called for the third time, after delivery date passes yet again, with no word ever from Mr Feddy, my “sales person”. Still no faucet but they locate one in WA state and order it for me.I hang up, now having lost all confidence that this plumbing supplier actually carries faucets. I decide to look up the codes on my invoice because the invoice doesn’t indicate the faucet name. I check the Kohler website, and discover Mr Feddy ordered me two different, non matching faucets! The one that was incorrectly ordered was on a perpetual back order. The correct faucet had been in stock all along when I placed the order. I lost two months and hours dealing with this mess.Do yourself a favor, avoid Ferguson and Mr Feddy. They make Home Depot look like the Four Seasons of the home improvement retail world.

Walked in. Did not know u need appt. Not greeted till I greeted them and said they could not help me w/o an appt. They need a better greeter. Can't they just be a bit friendly???? My husband owns large construction CO. Will never go back.

After meeting Kemraj Feddy yesterday, I have changed my mind and do not want to work with Ferguson. Homeowner here, doing a full gut renovation of my bathroom. I left the showroom feeling uncomfortable, frustrated and discouraged. The entire interaction was like pulling teeth, he is very difficult to communicate with, he did not offer suggestions, no help at at. He told me that I needed to do more research regarding a tub drain... isn’t that the reason I’m there to hash this out with guidance? I don’t see the point of having a showroom if the sales people are useless. I also witnessed how Kemraj treated a customer over the phone and felt like he was very unprofessional. As a consumer, I want my sales person to work hard for me, instead he treated me and that customer over the phone like we work for him. The website makes you think you will meet friendly and helpful sales people, this place fell really short, Kemraj does not exude a great environment were you want to spend your money. While I was there, there was a customer on the phone with a problem. He did not calm that customer down nor attempt to de-escalate the situation. He added fuel to the fire by hanging up on them after they spent over 10k there. (I know this because after a while the customer sent him an email, which he read allowed to me!!!) I imagined him doing the same to me after I spent thousands there. It was crazy to witness! After I left the showroom I called to the store because I wanted a part number. He lied and told the operator he was with a customer, when arrived back at the store, in fact he was not with a customer, but on a personal call. He allowed me to sit and wait while he conducted HIS personal call and did not even acknowledge me there waiting. I finally passed him a note to get the part number! I found him to be rude and he created an environment were I don’t want to spend my money. That was my first time at Ferguson, and it left a bad taste in my mouth, I think it’s best I use another retailer.*******Update: I was able to work things out with the General Manager, she listened to my concerns and connected me with Ronen, a nice person with a wonderful sense of humor and professional. I feel a lot better about my experience with Ferguson. *****

The showroom staff is very rude and impatient. He hang up on me while I was still talking. Seems no questions are allowed to ask on the phone. Very bad experience.
