“I had a Generac 24KW Generator installed in 2021. They did an outstanding job of installing at 500 Gallon buried propane tank then hooking it up to my generator.I just recently converted my boiler to propane and used the existing buried tank to feed in the boiler. Although another plumber hooked up the furnace, Star Gas came out to my house to ensure the gas line was hooked up correctly (it was), and I am now on automatic delivery with them. OUTSTANDING customer service! I'm glad I went with them.”

“DiSanto propane has been a pleasure to work with. Steve came out to take a look at the job and worked with me to come up with the best solution for getting a tank in the ground. They lived up to their word and everyone I have worked with at DiSanto has been helpful and a pleasure. Honestly can't say enough good things. I will add that I must have gotten estimates from at least 6 different companies and DiSanto was the company that followed through and did the best work to get this done. Very happy I chose them.”

“Not sure why the negative reviews unless management has changed recently. This store is clean and neat and I didn't have to wait to get served. This location has, of all things, the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have seen. It is even nicer than most restaurant bathrooms.Rented a small 5x8 trailer and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I had just gotten the hitch put on at another Uhaul and needed to purchase a bracket to attach the 4 pin wire to. The young man showed me the bracket I needed ($5) and then proceeded to attach it to my bumper no charge.Overall a very pleasent experience.”
“Apparently folks with poor experience are more prone to writing reviews. I had no intention and simply wandered upon this Yelp review while checking my account. I've had Crown since receiving a recommendation from the builder when we did our house in the Hudson Valley. To date the service has been pretty much top notch and invisible. I am on autopay (at least I think I am or they are far more benevolent that I can imagine) and they seem to keep the 1,000 gallon tank in great shape. The only experience I've had with the office is one day when I called to get some oil summaries to review for annual budgets . . . the folks could not have been more courtesy and helpful and they complied a summary in .pdf form and e-mailed it to me in minutes. Pretty much nothing but good to say about the company and their service.”

“We got hit hard by the tornado that hit in our area of Pine Bush/Walker Valley Road. We had no power and there were trees down on our road. When I check our propane tanks, we were almost out. With the storm being catastrophic, I knew we were going to be with out power for a long time. I called Porco Energy the next morning thinking it would be days before they would come. They assured me they would come right away since I am an existing customer of theirs. ( Our existing customers come first ) they told me. They were unable to get to the house because of a downed tree ( A large one ). But, that didn't stop them! My husband cut some limbs off of the tree so they could drive underneath it to get to us. The truck barley fit with about 5 inches to spare. I truly believe that if it were anyone else they would have turned around. I highly recommend becoming a customer of Porco Energy.
