Millwood animal hospital almost killed my family cat. My cat has diabetes and we went back to get insulin needles and they basically just said “no”. Something about how a head vet wasn’t in. Turns out she was in DKA and we now have to pay a 10,000 dollar medical bill at an actually capable animal hospital, and they themselves mentioned the sheer negligence. You do NOT withhold insulin from an animal. Dont bring your animals here.

Needed nails clipped before a family trip that of course included our '2nd son' (17.5 yr old Jack Russell)
The office provided same day 5 minute appointment. '2nd son, AKA Old Man Snowy' was in & out before he had time to process anything! Nails clipped, family including 'Old Man Snowy' all very happy.

Very nice staff. They made our dog feel very comfortable and that’s three quarters of the battle. The facility is very clean and welcoming to dog and owners.

I am a “doggie grandma” who wanted reassurance about our daughter’s newly adopted dog (a foster-to-adopt terrier mix who had just become part of the family.) Dr. Goldman quickly analyzed health concerns and gave helpful advice (and she didn’t mind repeating herself to the dog’s actual owners by phone during the appointment either.) Very warm and kind treatment!

I’ve been bringing my cats here for a few years now, and every time I arrive, everyone is so sweet and helpful with anything that I need. They help me to take care of my elderly cat, as well as my newest family members and are always so accommodating and kind.
