Had a wonderful experience. We scheduled a move for our office relocation. They dismantled our desks, wrapped, packed, unwrapped and reassembled. I was dreading moving day. The crew had great personalities and you can see that they care about what they do and truly enjoy working with each other. I would give them ten stars if I could and should I ever need to move again I won’t look anywhere else.

Recently hired Barr Brothers for a move and it was hands down the best moving experience that I have had. The crew that came were very professional, efficient, and hard working. The team was very helpful and made sure that everything was placed where we wanted it in our new house. They handled our furniture and boxes with care and avoided scraping up any of the walls. Once everything was done, they did a final walkthrough of every room to confirm we had all of our items and everything was in the proper place.

The absolute best moving company for the Westchester/NYC/southern CT area. They are true professionals that take great care with your items and great pride in their tremendous, hard work. Too bad they are relatively local, but I understand you can't find men like that just anywhere... 100% my best few moves.

Had a great experience with Barr Brothers. Started with a quick FaceTime tour of my home with Bryan to go over the move, to receiving a fair quote the next morning and locking in the move date. Company was proactive in contacting me well in advance of the original move date because a snowstorm was coming, and arranged a new date. Trucks arrived on time, crew of six friendly and efficient guys that didn't leave a scratch anywhere and handled everything extremely carefully. Also had to deal with a challenging driveway and layout at new home and they were fantastic in every way. Would highly recommend Barr Brothers for any move.

We just used Barr Brothers this past weekend to move into our new home, and they were wonderful! I found them searching on social media and could not be happier I decided to call. From the beginning they've been responsive and easy to work with. I video chatted with the boss (can't remember his name at the moment) to show him our old place so we could get a quote which turned out to be accurate with no hidden surprises. The day of the move they showed up with 9 guys and two trucks, which we couldn't believe. Every single guy that showed was courteous, professional, and took all our concerns seriously. The job was done quickly and without any issues at all. We were extremely impressed, they honestly took a lot of the stress and anxiety out of what is typically a very stressful situation. Very highly recommended!

My husband and I used Barr Brothers to pack some furniture and load a truck for our move upstate last month. End to end we had a fantastic experience - from the first contact, they were extremely professional and reliable. They arrived on time and despite heavy rain, they loaded the truck super effectively and efficiently. The guys who did the job were really careful, courteous and friendly - including with our nervous barking dog. They were also priced very fairly, highly recommend!

The confident professionalism of the Barr Brothers movers is very memorable. My wife and I downsized from a house to an apartment in White Plains after living in a house for 46 years. It was a very hard process for us, as the purging, giving away, tag sale, and decisions on what to bring to the apartment were overwhelming and something we never faced before. But, as I said, the quiet, confident professionalism of Barr Brothers saw us through. Their attitude, which they exuded, was, "Don't worry, we got this." And they did. They helped with organizing advice and helped practically with boxes. I wanted to have everything packed for the movers, but the day of the move had a lot of stuff of awkward sizes still undone. They tackled that task cheerfully and proficiently. We have a valuable antique, heavy six foot chest with delicate legs. They moved it skillfully and perfectly. The many fragile small items made the move with no damage to anything whatsoever. As other reviewers noted, they set up whatever needed setting up quickly so as not to delay the move. Their price was fair, and definitely earned.
