I live close by and passed Anas many times and decided to give it a shot. I was a walk-in and Ana and Lee took me right away. The salon is very quaint which made my visit there more pleasurable.
Ana and Lee are very pleasant and both have an infectious smile.
Overall the salon is a Whole VIBE!!! I love my new nail salon!!!

What a lovely cozy and welcoming salon. I was able to get a gel pedicure the same day I called. (Appointment only-which I really appreciate especially at this time). Anas was professional, personable and the pedicure she did was great! I will be back!

This is such a lovely nail salon. I called in desperation today after trying and failing to soak off a gel manicure (done at another salon weeks ago) at home. Ana fit me in tonight as her last appointment, and took her time with me even though we went past closing time. I hadn't been for a manicure with her in over six months and she still remembered me, and remembered that I have a one year old at home. Seriously great service every time, with such a positive attitude. Very relaxing end to a stressful Monday!

Seriously the BEST nail salon in Chappaqua. Pedicures last forever ., I'm not certain what exactly she does, but it works! Manicures are impeccable.. exactly what you ask for., with ZERO attitude. Love this spot!

Great Nail Salon to use during these Covid19 times. The owner takes clients one-on-one. No one else is in the shop. All regulations have been followed with sanitizers and plexi-glass dividers. The shop is immaculate and Ana is pleasant and does a great job!

Historically I’ve been very happy with Ana’s service. In the past she’s kind, upfront, accommodating, and detail oriented. I understand the pandemic has hit the personal service industry very hard. Unfortunately, I don’t think this business has been able to keep up. I made an appointment for my birthday to have a powder dip manicure and regular pedicure. I was on time, actually about 5 mins early for my appointment, I waited nearly 30 mins to be seen because the previous appointment had arrived late and wasn’t finished with her service and wanted to add on a child’s mani/pedi while she was there because child care fell through. I was finally seen and Ana was clearly in a rush to keep her schedule so she didn’t continue to fall behind. As a result the product of my usually very elegant manicure turned out to look like chicklets on my nails. When it came time for the pedicure I just asked for white polish -upon check out I was up charged $3 for “premium polish” a product I’ve never used before. This is a small shop and pre-COVID I visited every other week like clockwork. This left a bad taste in my mouth but I chocked it up to a sales person up selling when given the opportunity. When I got home later that night the “premium polish” had completely smeared and pressed up against my cuticles. I showed Ana the next day and to her credit and a nod to her professionalism she made it right but, this time I brought my own polish to avoid any “hidden fees.” Determined to not give up on my favorite nail technician in New Castle I called for a same-day appointment today. I said, I need to soak off my old dip, but I want a regular manicure and pedicure. I was told she had time if I could head there “now.” So I freshened up and headed over. Mid-pedicure and mid-manicure soak I was told she wouldn’t be able to do a fresh manicure -she had another client coming in. (Even thought I had waited 30 mins two weeks ago -I figured its not kind to pass on that inconvenience to someone else and complied.) At the end of the transaction another up charge of $3 for soaking off the powder, even though that’s a fee usually included in getting powder manicure. Unfortunately, I will not be returning with the lack of transparency around fees and inability to maintain appointments. Had I just been told that a same-day appointment couldn’t have been accommodated, I would have understood and made an appointment for a day that worked better.

Best nail salon I've ever been to - I won't go anywhere else! Ana is the sweetest, kindest, nicest person ever, as well as all of her staff. She has a student discount ($10 manicure!) and it's perfect every time. The salon is super clean, peaceful, and relaxing.

I've been getting mani-pedis from them since around 2005. They are the best I've ever gone to. I love love love their Dream foot soak. They are real perfectionists and very accommodating... Consistently awesome and are highly recommended.

Just got a great pedicure at Ana's, with hot stones, salt scrub, foot massage AND a back and neck massage while my pedicure was drying in the air machine—all for $25! I was a walk-in and immediately accommodated. Recommend!

Ana is a treasure. She is a perfectionistic in her work and gives each client very personal attention. A lovely small shop!
