I can’t speak of the repair shop, but the U-haul operation at this location is the best in the whole region. The woman working the front office is always kind, organized, and professional. It’s so great to have such a consistently dependable U-Haul location with great customer service.

Thanks to Cindy for arranging a multi state, one way U-Haul rental! She made the whole process go smoothly, and received the truck when I was done with it. As most people don't rent U-Hauls too often, she was helpful, kind and very efficient! I highly recommend this convenient service.

I have a 2006 Lexus ES which needed a difficult repair -ball joints and tire rods. NE Muffler brought my car back to life!Incredible workmanship and attention to detail. Would highly recommend to any one needing mechanical repairs! Thank you! Will not go anywhere else!

My elderly mother brought her car in due to a squeaking sound coming from the wheel, they said they had to replace a bearing, that cost over $500. When she got the car back it was still squealing plus the abs and several other dashboard lights were on. She brought the car back to have them look at the dashboard lights that weren't on before she brought it in. They charged her nearly $700 for abs indicator replacement, which she absolutely didn't need. The squealing continued so I brought it in for the third time, they charged around $100 for this. It's clear to me that Northeast Muffler has no problem with taking advantage of seniors. They clearly have no conscience and should be ashamed of their business practices.

Had an exhaust issue pop up just before a lengthy trip. Cindy got me in first thing the next morning and my car was up on the rack within minutes. It turned out to be a blown gasket and two bolts that went missing. John, a man of few words, got the car fixed in practically no time, and I was on my way. I highly recommend these good folks.

I had a problem with the exhaust on my car. One mechanic said it couldn’t be fixed and the other quoted me over $2,000. Northeast Muffler fixed it for a fraction of that price. they’re very knowledgeable and nice, hardworking people. I’m grateful that they serve the area where I live.

You're the best!! I recently needed a part for a tractor which involved bending a piece of tubing, within minutes I had what I needed for a very reasonable price. I was so impressed that I recommended N.E. muffler to someone else who needed some muffler work, and they were equally impressed with the quality of work and the cost. So, in a time when a lot of businesses are gouging customers for all they can get, N.E. muffler still practices good work and at a fair price. WELL DONE!!
