These guys really are the BEST. When my nearly 20 year old Jeep broke down on a Saturday they came out right away with the flatbed tow and picked up my Jeep. The work that it needed was extensive, they walked me through it at each step. There was never any surprises, now it drves like new. Can't thank them enough !

EVERYBODY READING THESE REVIEWS DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE brought my truck in for a new front end. brought it down in November and they didn't give it back to me until February. I drove by and called daily to see when it would get done and they said next week for the time its been there. they said was gonna cost me 1300$ then charged me 3600$. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOME PLACE ELSE. they did my truck in 3 days and over charged me and were very rude about it. they told me they know my family so they wouldn't do it to me if it wasn't serious. They charged me for parts after i gave them a bag full of the parts they needed. i tried to discuss the jump from 1300-3600$ and they couldn't give me a reasonable answer. my whole family does not trust Basil's Shop nor should yours i recommend 0 STARS because this place is absolutely terrible. they do not call you when something else goes wrong they fix whatever and charge you more for it, they are not worth the money you spend here!!!!!!

Basil Auto Sales are excellent to work with. This is our second purchase from this dealership. They went above and beyond for us. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. I would highly reccomend them. Basil and Matthew are the best. Valerie

Tl;dr they won't let you bring a used car to an independent mechanic and are very rude about it.I almost never leave negative reviews, but this was a special experience. I had a perfectly nice conversation with the gentleman on Saturday who told me to swing by and check out a pickup I was interested in. On Monday morning I called to tell him I was very interested and ready to move forward with a sale pending a quick look by an independent local mechanic, as I noticed some rust on the bottom. He then said "if you don't trust us, don't buy from us" and hung up.Having never dealt with him before--and the shop's reputation being mixed at best--I'm not sure where he expected the trust to come from. Would certainly not recommend this place based on my experience. If a dealer doesn't want anyone taking a hard look at his cars, that says a lot about them.
