I am absolutely disgusted with the "customer service" I was provided with tonight, I can tell that the staff is very young and they could careless about providing you with a positive experience. I asked the pharmacy associate to please contact the company in charge of my prescription medication to resolve an ID issue, the associate immediately clicked the phone on hold, he had me wait on hold for 20 minuets then hung up the phone on me. I called back several times, all of sudden no one will answer my call. I called the doctors office back and had my medication sent else where. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Rude front desk staff. They don't answer the phone or flat or hang up on you. The pharmacy is run horribly!!!!

Definitely incompetent...
My wife had went to pick up a pain prescription after giving birth and as we all know this pharmacy takes forever to do anything which is an issue in itself. As she was given one of her prescriptions the pharmacist didn't give her the pain medication. My wife brought this to their attention and the pharmacist had the nerve to accuse her of taking it and claiming she didn't get it. My wife insisted they check their own cameras. Turns out the pharmacist DID NOT give it to her and had it there the entire time. This is not only embarrassing for a customer but grossly rude to not even apologize to someone who didn't do anything wrong. Walgreens needs to address the issues at this pharmacy ASAP. I don't understand how you could run a business this way. Stay away from this Walgreens pharmacy at all costs.

The pharmacy dept is terribly run. They always run out of my dads regular medications and it's happened again now for the 4th time. My father is a costumer for at least 3 years, same medications. They should send him to another Walgreens or order enough since his prescriptions are the same for the past 3 years. Longer than that!!!!!
Any suggestions on who I can talk to next?I will certainly take them.This is not ok for people that need their medications to live!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. It takes days for them to fill 1 prescription. I've never in my life had to wait more than 24 hours to get a prescription filled.

Walgreens in Miller Place has got to be one of the worst drug stores in Suffolk county. The pharmacy is very unhelpful. They could never get prescription drugs. There is no star rating at all for this pharmacy

Walgreens pharmacy in Miller place is horrible, If we could give no stars, that would be more accurate. Not only rude and unprofessional, but they cannot get the prescription filled correctly. And then the follow up is worse because of it. Rite Aid that was across the street closed. Perhaps they should hire their pharmacists. Clearly, they cannot handle the new customers.

Worst ever!So many mistakes made!Horrible customer service and very rude.You get a call that your prescription is ready and then you go to pick up maybe 3 days later and now they don't have it and it's not in the system!I've been going there forever and always say Im going to post a review and I don't bc Ifeel terrible to do that but I'm done now!

Lost prescriptions
Always late filling
Minimum of 15 minutes on hold every time you call ugh !
