What an amazingly wonderful and positive experience we had! We were able to quickly and smoothly trade in and upgrade phones for our whole family. All four of us truly enjoyed working with Sam. He is friendly, great with kids, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and efficient. We left there with four new phones and a new family plan with every current discount possible. Sam helped with the entire process from start to finish, always with a smile on his face! We had to transfer data, apps, photos, videos, contacts, everything from every phone to all new, and he made this as easy and smooth as possible too! We also got all of our accessories there, including cases, screen protectors, pop sockets for the kids, lol. I wish I could give TEN STARS!! Thanks Sam!!

Damon is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a very nice personality & calm, patient demeanor & takes his time & is quite thorough, whether it be explaining the various phone plans &/or phones available on special promotions or in general. He is quite knowledgeable on troubleshooting problems on all kinds of phones & very good at explaining it to the customer so that they too can fix the various problems that they may come across on thier devices. He won't rush through the process, but instead..he will leave you with a working phone, even if you have to come back to get pictures or contacts transferred property.It is so nice to deal with someone who wants everything set up properly from the get go, then just make a sale in a world where that seems to be the case everywhere we go. He will also walk you through things over the phone if he can. He keeps his word as far as promotional monies or credits promised as well & that is huge in this day & age. I highly recommend Damon & his expertise at his Miller Place, NY Verizon location. The best cell phone store experience I've ever had. Thank you so very much.We greatly appreciate you & the time you have taken with us.

The level of service at this Verizon store is amazing!! I have gone here many of times and refuse to go to another store. My problems are always solved, new products I purchase are mostly always available and I’m in and out before I know it. Awesome!! We’ll done!!!

Sam was so helpful at the Verizon store in Miller Place. I was able to get my new phone and upgraded services, which I did not know were available to me. He made sure that all info was transferred to the new phone. He was not at all pushy, which I really appreciated!

Have never been to this Verizon store before. Other larger shops sometimes make you feel like just another anonymous customer. I was made to feel important. Will definitely make this my Verizon store of choice!
