Big Pete should be fired. He is very unprofessional. Has no customer service skills at all. He should not be allowed to work behind the counter. My experience with that guy is NO stars.He should be hidden in the back. The other employee is a delight and very professional! He was very helpful and answered all my questions. My experience with this gentleman is five stars. I think his name is Ray.

Worst customer service ever. Guy was so rude and couldn’t even answer questions. Wasn’t the only one who said he was rude and nasty. Don’t remember his name. But he was big guy with earrings. Horrible. People like that shouldn’t have work in places like that.

Worse place ever. Some guy name ray is a joke. He has the worse customer service you'll ever get. Should go back an d train. He just walked past me and let me stand there a until the other worker was done. He wasn't even a manager.

I’m really disappointed with the rudest and inappropriate behaviour from Ray when he was serving me. You shouldn’t have stuff that treat customers with disrespect and poorly!!!

I lived in Smithtown for 13 years and never, not once, did a package go astray. The staff was super-friendly and on the ball. The staff at the Miller Place post office is a joke. I am living in Miller Place now for six months and this is the second time my package said it was delivered but it wasn't. I think they need to do what Amazon does and take pictures once they lay the package at the front door.

Honestly there’s only one good worker here, the rest are entirely useless and frankly just rude. I’ve been here countless times and it’s always a chore. If the DMV disguised itself as a post office it would be this place.Unless you just need to send an envelope out don’t go here.

Horrible service. Mail late, lost or non delivered. They will not take outgoing letters from your mailbox even when you tape it to the exterior! Consistent issues with mail service here.

I don’t think it’s fair that no one has ever taken the time to review the counter service at our local Post Office. I am there on a regular basis, as I run on online yarn business. I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!

The worst supervisor and employee to ever exist Put my life and others lives at risk of Covid. Supervisors name is Pam and workers name is Ray. They literally , in the middle of a pandemic tried to make me lick a small priority mail envelope. I had to spit on it to seal it and they laughed. They had tape on the wall and they were trying to make me pay 4 bucks to tape an envelope. The intelligence level in that office is at a minimum. Then Ray says wait there, he has something for me as if he he was going to go in the back and come back with a bat. Pam the supervisor said he meant he was coming to get me. A coward hiding behind a woman. I ended up going to the Mt Sinai office where they had scotch tape for small envelopes. Treated the way people should be treated. Cant believe it. Lick the envelope in this pandemic and made me spit on the counter opposed to give me an inch of tape.
