Couldn’t ask for better customer service and professionalism out of an employee. Red Wing better compensate employees like him because I was ready to give up on Red Wing Boots entirely and switch to Ariat or another brand until he helped me figure out my dilemma and reminded me why I choose Red Wing to begin with.
