“I had my internet service changed, and due to the change my ring camera system was off line. After numerous calls to both my internet provider and the ring camera, the ring camera decided to send me new cameras. Before the new cameras arrived, I was able to get the cameras working again. I contacted the ring camera and they sent me an email to print up return labels for UPS to send them back. I had three boxes to return with three labels. Next thing I know my printer is not working. I go to the UPS store and meet Eric. Since the company sent me labels Eric explained to me that I had to use the labels that the ring camera sent me and he could not make new labels. I did not know how to print the new labels in the store from my tablet, using their wi- fi. I had much difficulty in doing so and the store was very busy. I asked Eric if he could do it for me. He explained that it was against the stores policy to touch anyone's personal tablet. After feeling frustrated and not being able to figure out how to do it myself, Eric verbally walked me through the steps of what needed to be done. I was now able to send them back. I don't know what I would have done without Eric's help. Eric was so patient with me along the process. Eric was very polite, professional, and a great employee to deal with. The world needs more people like Eric. I never experienced such kindness. I want to let UPS know what a terrific employee Eric is. Thank you Eric for all your help. You are the best!”

“Ever since Covid hit the Mrs has been working from home, it was time for a new chair for her home office, the one she had was too unconfortable to be sitting in for hrs on end so we went to Staples. The second we walked in they asked if we needed, help, we declined for the time being and we went straight to the chairs to check them out. The Mrs tried a few and finnally picked one out, (which also happened to be the same one I liked for myself). A sales associate by the name of Justin came by and asked if we needed help, we accepted and he further elaborated on the features of the chair and suggested we also get a mat since the mrs had trouble maneuvering on our rug. We decided to get the chair and mat and since the chair was a good deal we got one for yours truly as well. Justin got the chairs from the back in no time and placed them in our car. We left very satisfied with our purchases and with the help & courtesy Justin and the sales staff demonstrated. We'll be back to visit this store again the next time we need something for "our office".”

“I went in to mail 3 Christmas packages in boxes I had at home. Joann there in Ridge, couldn't have been nicer! She told me why I shouldn't use the boxes I had and gave me others to use. She was very caring, did not rush me through, and made a huge impact on my day. I told everybody I spoke to that day how she made a difference in my day. “At first they delayed my package due to “severe weather or emergency” on a beautiful day, and I was livid. However, I later learned they had attempted to deliver it early, and were stopped by construction down the road. They then went out again later in the same day to deliver it once the work had stopped. I appreciate the help I got from the call center as well as from the store itself, as they were all real nice and understanding about my initial frustration with the situation.”

“I don’t think it’s fair that no one has ever taken the time to review the counter service at our local Post Office. I am there on a regular basis, as I run on online yarn business. I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!”
