“I came in here today after attempting to shop at the Smithtown location, where I was completely ignored and never helped. After waiting fifteen minutes, I Googled the nearest Aboff's and found this one. From the time I walked, I was greeted. I told the gentleman everything I needed to do for my home, and he helped me get all of the required materials. After awhile, another employee stepped in because I needed to decide between the types of drop cloths I needed. This was just a wonderful experience for me. I have a lot to do in my home and the staff went out of their way to help me...especially after I explained my experience at the Smithtown location. They apologized and made sure I left with a smile. I definitely recommend coming here. They are so helpful and kind. When I'm ready to paint, I will definitely come here to purchase my colors. P.S. I chose Aboff's because they specifically specialize in paint. I wanted to be able to ask questions about my particular job and get really specific answers and the supplies from someone who knows the ins and outs. I don't get that from the bigger stores. I did a lot of research to know what questions to ask since I'm a DIYer, and the staff took their time to answer me.”
“This particular location I have to say was a very pleaseant experience. Didn't have some snobbish so called paint expert person pestering me. I was left alone to look at the color charts wall at my own pace. When I did have questions, David who was the only one there on a Sunday was very helpful and I will return to this location for my paint needs because of todays experience.”
