My first impression was superb customer service and koodos to the gentleman that took the nail out of my tire was excellent. There was no wait time I was seen right away. He carefully took the screw that was hanging out of my tire out super quickly. I have recommended this tire shop to my family and friends.

Mr. P and his guys are the best. They have done an alignment for me, and also mounted/balanced numerous tires and wheels. Always VERY fairly priced and have a great turn around time. These guys really helped me out. My car started having problems right down the street from Mt. Sinai tires. I needed help with what I thought was a tire issue but Gary figured out that the garage I had gotten work done from forgot to put something back into the correct place a few days before. Gary helped me figure out what the problem was and helped me figure out how to get my car towed/what to tell the garage that did bad work on my car needed to fix. He was kind enough to write all the information down for me that he found and allowed me to stay at the shop and wait for the tow truck. Thank you thank you thank you.

Dan replaced my tire and was quick AND was a bill less than what Firestone Medford charged me 2 months earlier (they also put the wrong tire -.-)If you want competence, more than fair price, and kindness (very few folks have all three especially in this day and age) try these guys out. Gary and his staff are extremely professional and honest. Im so grateful this shop is next door to me office. I use them for everything now and its so convenient. I even locked my keys in my truck and they sent someone over and got my truck open in record time! So thankful for these great guys! Definitely recommend!
