I went in to the building to ask for a tour. Most of the machines required a step to access them. The free weight area the dumbell was not easily accessible then I asked the lady at the front desk where the bench press was and she had no idea what I was talking about. Not accessible not knowledgeable either. Sorry folks !

Friendly staff and great trainers. The facility is clean and they have a variety of machines. I enjoy taking their fitness classes. The instructors have such passion and energy for what they do!

Energy is a wonderful, intimate and comfortable gym with very high quality equipment and trainers. The atmosphere is very relaxed, no loud roid heads bouncing the big weights. There are many group training sessions available throughout the day. I have been on a body reshaping journey for the last year and these guys get it.

The gym is pretty much quiet for the most part and you don’t have to wait to get on machines. The weights are always organized which is a huge thing for me since most gyms don’t organize the weights.

I have been a member of Energy Fitness from the first week it opened eight years ago. I love all the classes! The trainers, and the entire staff are very professional, and they are constantly working to improve the services and faculty for us. Love the friendly atmosphere!! Can't think of a better place to work out than Energy in Miller Place. It feels like my second home!

Energy fitness has been instrumental for my physical progress and mental well being. The environment from the helpful and friendly staff has created a welcoming environment and has helped turn some of my worst days around. The ability to jump into the next available class when I need to grind one out or get the assistance I need from their individual trainers for a tune up, checks a lot of boxes for me. Generally I lift alone but having the once a month tune up has helped move my previously stalled strength gains in the right direction. I'm stronger than ever and the decrease in stress and feeling of community has helped me mentally as well as physically. They're always ready to lend an ear or point you in the right direction. The Energy experience is a unique one in a market where you can otherwise be seen as just another number. Everyone at Energy knows my name and I know all of theirs and that is somethibg special that's just not available anywhere else I've found.

I've been a member of energy for 2 years. I'm a big fan of the classes that they offer . There is something for everyones level with many different time frames, so it makes it easy for you to manage your trainings into your everyday busy schedule. More importantly, Energy Fitness is like one big fun family. I've made many friends here and meet great people everyday. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly & personable. They are always willing to help in any way they can . I'm so happy to be a part of Energy .

Energy is a great gym the staff is very friendly,the gym is always super clean, classes are great , I just wish they had more variety in classes instructors are very professional overall a great gym!!!! Hopefully they will incorporate daycare in the afternoon

Before signing up for an elite membership I spoke w the owner to discuss my hesitation in joining due to my past experiences with personal trainers. I was very specific about looking to work w someone who could develop a personalized plan for me to get results. I was told that I would be paired with a trainer that could help me, and that I would also be given an evaluation so I could track my progress - both which were very important aspects of the plan. Well I never did get my fitness evaluation even after asking about it multiple times, and I had to ask for my training plan to follow at home on a number of occasions. The trainers I worked with overall were great, but both of them left within weeks of each other. I canceled my membership bc I didn't see the value that was promised to me so it felt like a waste of time and energy to continue. Thing is I bought a 6 pack of sessions that I need to use up. When purchased there was no communication about expiration dates so when I called to put them on hold due to Covid and they said they would give me a 30 day grace period I was disappointed. I emailed them to speak about this and got no response. All this to say I won't be back and now I'm out $250.

I joined this gym in 2019.bec they offered both open gym as well as a variety of classes to keep my workout fresh. The game changer was that they offered daycare, and that meant not having to work my time around childcare. Since the virus hit, they have been more than accommodating. I am now about 8weeks post partum and I am able to join in on virtual classes several times a week to start working to lose the baby and quarantine weight. I look forward to warmer weather and outdoor classes. Thanks for being helpful and accommodating all your members!!
