The most amazing helpful team. I started coming here when the COVID-19 vaccine mandate was out and the pharmacist was so beyond helpful. As someone who only gets prescriptions for acute issues my scripts are always ready and they are always available to help with any of my needs and answer all of my questions. They always educate me about my prescriptions and are always so helpful. I’d use this small town pharmacy over a commercialized one anytime!!! Thank you all for your help always!

Advertises as a trust worthy home town drugstore really???? They have to be the biggest rip off drugstore in our town. I went to purchase a Covid quick test they charged me 49.99 for the test and stamped my receipt no refund or exchanges. I thought this very strange so I researched what they sold me to find walmart was selling the very same test for 14 dollars! So much for trust worthy and honest! I'll never go there again!

I went in to get medicine for my cat. The medicine needed to be compounded as I could not give as a pill. The staff are so nice and so helpful. They filled quick and they made a hard time easier by being supportive , friendly and understanding. I would recommend this pharmacy to all.

Rude and obnoxious counter person. I don’t know the lady’s name but it’s the blonde. Just rude. Prescriptions are filled fine, but again the woman at the counter… SMH never will go here again… never!

My family and I have been loyal customers here for over 20 years. In the world of big box everything, it's nice to deal with a local family run business. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The staff here never hesitates to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Thank you to Brian and team - for all that you do.

VERY GOOD PHARMACY WITH AN EXCELLENT HARD WORKING STAFF IN WHICH ALL ARE VERY INTELLIGENT IN ANY MATTER OF INFO YOU NEED ON ANY MEDICATION, THERE ALWAYS MOVING NEVER STOP TO SATISFY THERE CLIENTS , VERY LAUDABLE WORK EFORT , NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY !!! ❤️?BOBBY

If I could give this place no stars I would. Let’s talk about the nasty lady in the front. Her attitude is disgusting and unacceptable. She answers the phone with an attitude, she’ll ring up your prescription with an attitude. It’s crazy how that behavior is tolerated and how this lady has a job. Shame on the people that hired her. I was a customer of Echo Pharmacy for many years before I moved out of state!The family style service and care you will never see in a large corporate drug store. I just moved back and plan on coming back to Echo Pharmacy! I recommend them 100%

I’m giving one star due to this wholesaler issue I was told my medication would take a month to fill and after waiting a month I was told no still can’t it’s unethical to let a patient go without his meds with out even trying unless ur a well known local you aren’t getting helped shame on u for lieing echo and by all means if this issue is resolved I’ll will gladly put 5 stars but I need answers

I recently was referred to echo and after getting the run around for weeks weeks suffering echo answered my calls for help I can walk without being in pain and I can thank them incredible staff life changing experience restored my faith thanks guys

After my pharmacy was out of stock of my medicine I wound up at Echo Pharmacy! From the initial phone call with Tabitha to walking out of the store within 10 minutes with my filled RX,I couldn't be more pleased! Adorable store with great merchandise, even picked up a Christmas ornament for my sister! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I recommend everyone giving Echo pharmacy a visit!

I stopped into Echo Pharmacy today & I cannot say enough about the help & kindness I received from, Joelle. After going to two other pharmacies that also carry products for Elder Caregiving looking for bedside cleaning sponges, like hospitals have, she told me they didn’t have them either, but she (unlike the others) took the time to look into finding out if she could get them for me ... & she could. The kindness & care she took in helping me prompted me to switch to this pharmacy going forward for all I need to care for my father. Thank you Arielle, for being the angel I needed today. This little heart paper was stuck to the bottom of the register. May it continue to bless you all & be the example of love & kindness that I am sure you treat everyone with.

Update: Be very cautious of any prescriptions filled here: I was discussing my horrible experience with echo with one of my very trust worthy friends who also uses echo and she too has had multiple problems with Echo, services in the past few years. Recently, she had a prescription filled that was filled with both the brand name and generic name medications in the same bottle. HIGHLY ILLEGAL!!!! That's not the worst of it, she was filling a prescription for her mother for a specific brand name drug and they pulled this crap on her. I won't get into all the details for privacy concerns but this caused some very serious issues for her. I wish I could say I was surprised, but added with my recent experiences at Echo, I am NOT! So passing the word along....Be safe out there!
