People on the floor did not greet, i was on self checkout waiting for assistance and the only cashier ringing was doing both jobs but the other worker walked away from the register without “caring or noticing what was going on.

Only giving one star because there wasnt an option for none... the staff at this pharmacy are so rude and you would think they be nicer with the extra break they get ¡!!!!!!!!

As a regular customer, I can honestly say that everyone is always helpful and courteous. From picking up prescriptions to the photo department to needing a fragrance. Never had a problem .

Cashiers habitually say the name of your medication out loud at the counter while ringing you up. Makes no sense. Give the first letter of the drug or say nothing. Basic HIPAA compliance and common courtesy.

The CVS representative who checked out my order was very courteous and helpful. I was purchasing a large number of gift cards for several family birthdays and the clerk went "above and beyond" to secure them in a few envelopes and bag so that I would not drop them. I very much appreciated her extra care. Excellent customer service!

Terrible management, never adequately staffed.they have always been more expensive especially in this area for such a huge chain of stores, they are no doubt price gouging well beyond our inflation rate.I use Amazon Prime for a fraction of the cost.

Completely rude and act like they can't answer your question or like you are being confrontational when you are just trying to understand how to communicate to your doctor. It's crazy, then they allowed me to buy all these things without mentioning that they don't have bags then as I'm trying to tuck everything under and in between she's rushing me to grab the last thing. I'm coming in completely understanding of something that effects me negatively and trying to get answers to help myself through my doctor and I'm being treated as though I'm the problem. Kind of disgraceful.

It’s mind blowing how rude they are, really at all locations but definitely this one. When you call, they act like you’re ruining their lives. Why work there if you hate it that much?

I went for a Covid booster shot and flu shot. I booked it a week in advanced, when I got there the check in system was broken, and they didn’t have Covid booster. Complete waste of time.

CVS is my “go to” drugstore. As a beauty blogger and ExtraCare card member, I get phenomenal coupons from CVS. I like that they carry high end items along with the budget friendly brands. The associates are always helpful and courteous. The beauty freebies every month (depending on your total purchases) shows that they care about their customers and willing to give something back which is a virtue these days.

Sonny in the pharmacy Extremely unprofessional hung up the phone on me very rude she also refused to give her name when i asked for it 2 times Then put me on hold with a horrible attitude Hung up on me twice stated the system is down and she couldn’t give me any information she told me my prescriptions were not filled after I already got a text message stating that they were . Being that she had all my information you would think common courtesy for her to call me back which I asked her to do so I didn’t make a trip unnecessary it’s not the first time that staff has been rude in this location. Very bad for business in such a nice neighborhood poor choice of staffing

I spent 7 hours today trying to reach the pharmacy to no avail..as a last resort I called back and asked to speak with the store manager ..this was my 6th attempt and after listening to the entire lengthy tape it says it cannot put me through tothe pharmacy at this time...steve(manager?) indicates there is no phone service all day. I then asked if I was a physician would I get through to pharmacy he said they would not get through either....he never asked if he should or could walk over to the pharmacy and leave them a message .His solution was come on in and speak to them.ive been inconvenienced for 7 hours already today.. It seems absurd to me that a physician cannot contact a pharmacy and speak with a pharmacist or staff member in the pharmacy for information on a patient or to prescribe a drug, or indicate a serious situation to the phamacy on any type of an emergency situation...total lack of confidence with management at this pharmacy...your 3 stars are a gift from those who may have been marginally satisfied....

I am waiting now for 15+ minutes for CVC pharmacy to pick up call. I called on Physician line after 10 minutes. When pharmacy picked up on the Physician's line, they told me they were very busy and I would just have to wait. Still waiting now 17 minutes. Next time I will get my prescription filled at Walgreens.

The pharmacy is just fine if you use the CVS APP to coordinate everything. Everything from transfers, orders, etc. I’ve been coming here for some time now and I’ve never had one problem despite having multiple prescriptions. Meanwhile the nearby Walgreens literally put the wrong type of pills in the bottle and I didn’t discover it till I got home. There are so many terrible reviews for this CVS of issues that could be easily resolved if people would just use the pharmacy app. The pharmacy is short staffed — and it’s not their fault. Give them a break.
