I just spoke to Alicia in the Miller Place chase bank. She not only helped me with everything, but she was kind and super helpful. We need more people like Alicia in customer service!! Thank you!! Jennifer

I visited this location on Tuesday August 9th 2022 in order to deposit a Money Order made out to my business into my personal checking account. (I had uploaded my business insurance information to Chase Back Office which links my Business to my Name which has allowed me to deposit checks made to my business to my personal account).David (The Branch Manager) Was Extremely rude, nasty and very unhelpful. He kept telling me I cannot deposit that check because I did not have a DBA which is wrong. David was very argumentative, I asked him to De-Esculate the situation multiple times and he did not.I Asked David multiple time to look at April 12th 2021 which is when the information was uploaded and I was cleared to deposit these checks, David refused and eventually told me to leave the location.I drove to the Farmingville Location where I sat with a Patrica. She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with my situation. She found the document I was referring to and went to deposit the Money Order. Unfortunately she could not deposit it because David from the Miller Place location Flagged my account which Put a Non-Reversible Restriction on my account. This Restriction that David put on my account marked my account as Fraudulent.I have been a Happy Chase Customer for 12+ years but after the actions of the Branch Manager David, I was forced to close my account. The option to re open a new account was available however after the Uncalled for negative experience that David had caused for a chase customer, I do not feel as though Chase as a company respects their customers, this is due to the unprofessionalism displayed by David the Branch Manager at Miller Place Chase.I also would like to add that I ask David to provide me with the District Managers Contact information, he provided me with an incorrect number. I was however able to contact the District Managers office on the correct number after the Manager at Farmingville provided it to me.In my opinion, David does NOT respect Chase customers. David was so quick to assume I was wrong and after I left the branch, David went on to put Fraudulent Flags on my account which led it to be Restricted. If David chose to go about his day and not cause issues for customers, Farmingville would have deposited my check with the information found in the system which allows me to do so and I would still be a Chase Customer. David made the decision for me to Close my account and take my business elsewhere.I strongly believe Chase should remove this Branch Manager from his duties and replace him with someone who listens to Customers needs as well as someone who does not Escalate situation to have such a negative ending.

Unhelpful. After waiting over 20 minutes we were told they were too busy to open custodial accounts for existing customers. Would not recommend this branch, but the atm is convenient.

I'm not a fan of Chase Bank myself but Alicia is one of the best managers of any bank. Thank God for her because she went above and beyond to advocate for me and was the only one in the whole company to do so. If it wasn't for her I would have had a serious loss.

The personnel at this branch are exceptional: friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. The nationwide omnipresence of this bank has special appeal for me and my wife since we travel. I am extremely satisfied with the Chase branches I have dealt with here and in other states, but the Miller Place branch stands out.

I rarely find the need to go inside the bank. I use the ATM when I need to make a deposit or withdraw cash. If I must go inside, I prefer the location in downtown Port Jefferson. If you go inside the Mount Sinai branch, be prepared to be pounced on. They are always trying to push you into one of their products and I find that very annoying. When I opened my checking/savings accounts, I was told I was entitled to a free safe deposit box. But of course, they didn't have any free ones available. I put my name on a list and a few years later still no box available??? Why offer an incentive if you can't deliver? Everyone needs to have a bank account. I use Chase, mostly because Chase is the bank that has the most locations in my area.
