I love Maria and she is always welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, during my last visit I was made to feel as if I had done something wrong by bringing back a piece that broke within a day. I have been going here for a while and was very upset that her husband would make me feel as though I was belittling their business or trying to cheat them. If I pay for something, I expect to have it for a long time. I am an honest person and expect others to treat me the same way. I have never had a problem there before, and again, Maria is lovely. If I knew it would only be her there, I'd go back. However, I honestly don't know if I'll be going back when I'm made to feel like a dishonest criminal. :0( I would have given five stars prior to this happening...

Unfriendly And racist staff and an overall unfriendly and cold demeanor Would not recommend shopping here especially to those of color you will not be treated equally (I felt profiled and was treated that way since I entered the establishment). There are plenty of other shops in the area that will treat you better

This is a very convenient place to go for any sort of Jewelry and repair related matters. The ladies that work there are very friendly , especially Maria . She is very patient and know how to handle any jewelry related item and very professional treating her customers. I went to the store and repaired 3 of my watches and was very satisfied with her outstanding customer service. I would recommend this store to anyone without any hesitation. Great people :)

Only place I trust! Sold my old gold and got the best price after shopping around for a while, also my husband went back there to look at their wedding ring and engagement ring selection and we found my dream ring! Highly recommend this place, awesome costumer service!
