You know I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to like this place but they did appointeed immensely. I was basically able to walk right in so that was the first red flag. There were 2 woman and myself there and one of the women had a baby girl getting her nails done 20 ftfrom her mother who never once looked up from her phone.. I was quoted 20 plus 10 for callous remover. I was charged 38 dollars. 25 for pedicure, 10 callous and 3 dollars for the nail polish I picked out. The owner was quite rough on my feet but the girl that painted my toenails was sweet. Putting all the horribleness aside the place wreaks of mold!!!!! I am allergic to mold so by the time I left I had a flaming headache. I have no idea how the girls work all day with that. I could actually taste the mold.. I will never return

My nails and toe nails were uneven, and my Dip powder didn’t even make it to 2 weeks before they all started chipping and I’m not rough with my hands at all. I usually don’t come here as i was never happy in the past but figured I’d give them another try as i had a coupon in the mail. Cheap products used. Will not return sadly. I also asked for my eyebrows done when i walked in but they “forgot” that i even asked. I understand it was late but they could’ve said they didn’t have time

I like this nail salon very much. I have visited other salons regularly in the area and this is by far the better of them. They do charge extra for shapes other than square or rounded. As far as tips: tips are not mandatory or a required item. It's at the discretion of the customer. In Europe no one tips. Here we tend to tip. Remember TIPS=To Insure Proper Service. If you feel people should tip more you can add it to the bill... then there's taxes. To ask for more money in a tip is considered rude in American culture. Personally, I tip well and your staff is usually appreciative as they should be with any tip. Although an inappropriate tip is also rude, and people should tip appropriately. As per tipping etiquette, tip the same as food and the most common is 20%. If there's a lot of nail art 25% is appropriate.

The receptionist walking around with the Wad of money… is very rude. I only got a regular pedicure… nothing else, no special one. It was around $18. I was giving a $5 tip. I was giving $5 because the pedicure was terrible and she rushed me. I did not enjoy it. So I thought 5 was good enough. When paying that woman walking around with the money…. Said she will take the girls tip. I did NOT feel comfortable giving it yo her. I think she pockets it for herself. Well… she says no 6 dollar. I was confused. I said no I’m giving 5. She said it’s a 6 dollar tip. Since when is a tip mandatory. Tipping is at the Discretion of the customer. And don’t tell me how to tip. Because she was being so rude and Arrogant I gave the 6. I told her I hope you are happy that because of 1 dollar. That’s costing this nail salon at least 4 customers. Myself… my 2 daughters and my mother. I have been a customer there along with my girls for over 6 years. Well never again will I ever step foot in that place. Very very rude people. If I could give zero stars I would!!!Service: Pedicure

I used to go to this place since they opened and they used to be AMAZING but…. I haven’t gone back in a while now due to many factors & I have even tried going back multiple times to give them “benefit of the doubt” because they are so close to my home but not anymore. I literally drive 20 min to a new nail salon who treats customers how they SHOULD be treated.1. Best Angel nail and spa are so nasty.2. I have gotten my cuticles cut multiple times there. And when I said ow they didn’t stop until I actually bled…3. I one time got dots literally DOTS on my nails to get Charged and extra $30 for it.4. make an appointment? You would think that would get you in on time? NOPE you still wind up waiting 45 min to an hour to be helped. To then still be met with an attitude.I refuse to ever come back to this place. When I talk about it with friends or strangers we all have the same things that they do. DONT go here. Not worth the money. They don’t care about their customers and treat you horribly in the process.Services: Acrylic nails

I received the worst pedicure of my life. Not only did my toes look like a toddler painted them, but the man barely filed and got annoyed when I asked him to cut them. He was literally throwing my feet around in annoyance. When I was drying, the woman who processed my payment, said I didn't tip enough! I told her , " How dare you question what I tip? Who do you think you are? " No, I didn't give 20% because I am not obligated to. I feel obligated to give 15% for spa services if they are ok. 20% if outstanding. I was leaving him 4 and he was lucky to get anything. He was careless, lazy and extremely rude. Never ever going back. I used to drive out of my way to go there, but never ever again. Customers are just treated like garbage today and as customers it's time to fight back. We have the money. We have the power. These businesses need to start remembering who the customers are that put food on their table. If they don't like owning a small business, go to work like I do everyday. You chose to own a business. Act like a smart business person or give it up. You're a dime a dozen.

I’ve been coming here for the last 7 years and I’ve seen them very crazy busy and I must say, I am always very happy with my nails- no matter who I see! There can definitely be a wait but I never get my nails done when I have somewhere to be. I recently went because I had a feeling I may get engaged- and I did! The amount of compliments I got on my nails- thank you best angel! I couldn’t have asked for better nails for my special moment and all the times before and after! Definitely the best nail salon in the area!Services: Pedicure

My 2 daughters and I have used this nail salon on and off since it opened. While I appreciate that it is amongst the cleanest mani/pedi places in the area, the services are very inconsistent...the staff changes constantly so you never know what to expect. This morning I had an obviously inexperienced technician give a rushed and subpar pedicure. When I tried to tell the manager, she could not be bothered to listen but did ask me for a tip (which I did not plan on leaving). Rudeness is one thing you can always count on from the 2 managers here!

I made an appt for 4 pm, they said they can absolutely take my friend and I then. we get there at 4 pm and no one says hello; we sat there for 10 minutes- they told us to sit, 4:30 rolls around and still haven't said anything - people coming in before us without an appt being taken, what is the point in having an appt when you're not taken on time, there was about 7 people ahead of us waiting to get their nails done as well. got up and left. this happened to me twice. the owner is just plain rude.

I sorted reviews by newest and it appears they are listening to criticisms and are making adjustments. I have been a walk-in twice now and waited btw 30-40 minutes which I expected. It was worth my wait both times. I was there for a full acrylic overlay and after watching the woman next to me getting a French tip powder and hearing that it was long lasting and better for her nails, I asked for the same. They accommodated me and changed me over to the expert head woman who did shape and tips perfectly. The 2nd visit was a treat - Lavender pedicure which was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. While I waited another happy customer told me to use the chair massage, which made the wait go quickly. I was impressed with the many step, one-use sterile kit she used. She was very careful with cuticles and thick calluses; received wonderful foot/calf massages w lotion, scrub, lavender, & hot rock. She ended with hot paraffin on my heels, used an OPI color I brought and did a great polish. I was masked but started to cough and she graciously brought me a bottle of water. A final neck massage was lovely. It is a busy place - if you are in a rush *and* want perfection this may not be your place. If you want attention to detail and a relaxing experience come here. I will be back for my 2nd French tip tomorrow.

Went if at 5:15, wasn't told there was going to be a significant wait. Waited 20 minutes and asked how long a spa pedicure would be since it was already 5:35. I was told 35-40 minutes, meaning it should have been done well before 6:30 when I had to leave to get mg daughter. Did that happen? No. I left immediately from the chair with wet nails which got ruined from the clunky toe separators. On top of that the massage was basically the guy rubbing my shin the majority of the time.

I was happy with my pedicure and the woman who did it was very nice and did a good job. However, I will not be going back here because the woman who did my nails cut my cuticle to the point that there was blood drawn on 5 fingers in total. She then proceeded to clean my cuticles with nail polish remover which stung and then painted my nails and got nail polish and top coat in the cuts. Not only is this super unsanitary as far as their equipment goes but when you are putting someone in danger of an infection and hurting them, that is an issue. No apologies either although it was clear she had cut me. And to top it all off, getting upset with me and yanking my hand around because of my hand placement when I’m clearly being hurt and uncomfortable is not ok.Services: Acrylic nails
