Excellent customer service. If they don't have it they will tell you where to buy it. Nowadays who does that as a courtesy? Great little small town family hardware store. 5 stars!

Personal service and attention not available at larger stores and reminiscent of bygone times. if item not available, will do all that reasonably may be done to secure. Will stand by products without question.
