Small town bank, small town (new money) people/problems. If you prefer professionalism over being treated however the current teller feels like treating you, maybe bank elsewhere. This doesn't seem to be an issue for people with over 7 figures regularly flowing through their accounts, but for people looking to bank like regular people, maybe not so much. My account is locked regularly for routine cashap transactions and unlocking can take multiple phone calls even if you do catch the fraud email - that gets flagged as spam - every time. Zelle is not an option and using cashap or venmo triggers fraud alerts every time. Limited mobile banking. Employees can be pleasant depending on who they are dealing with. Cashing checks must be done in person and the computer system is archaic. Impressive for the amount of fees they charge, really. Instant overdraft even if money is deposited same day. Not sure why I even bank here anymore tbh

Very nice people but their computer system is so out dated that you’ll be charged $35 for an overdraft fee even if you put the money back into the account AND they won’t give you the money back. Also if you have a check you need to physically go there and cash it, you can’t take a picture of it to deposit it like other banks. There’s a lot better banks in the area people can go to. I’ve been banking here my whole life but it’s really not worth it!!

I've cashed many checks at this location before never had a problem recently I went in to cash another check from their own bank and without even checking the account or looking at my ID refused to cash it and would not give me a reason. Very unprofessional I am highly dismayed.
