Total disorder, waiting 1.5 years for them to find my family's items. Absolutely ubserd "business", unprofessional and a complete rip off. I'm still waiting for them to find my family's items. I wanted to pick up over a year ago, I rented a trailer and drove 12 hours and they were unable to locate the items!!! Then they wanted money for storage complete BULL!!I do not recommend this place at all and if I could give negative stars I would. I also reported them to the better business Bureau.

The person managing the facility cannot manage the facility. I made an interstate move and we requested and directed certain items to contained together so that we can have them delivered at a later time. We actually pointed the items out yet they did something and items were not properly organized. I returned to re-coordinate the move yet items sorted were missing and other items were delivered. Until this storage facility is taken over by someone who is competent, I would avoid using them.

This review is for the car wash on the property. I was trying to order my car wash from the screen. The angle of the sun made it difficult to see the screen. I was a little short on time so decided to come back another time. As I was pulling out a man came over and asked what was wrong. I tried to explain and he interrupted me saying "you don't know what the h*** you are doing". I was a little shocked and just said "have a nice day" and started to drive away. He yelled at me to "get the h*** out of here". Not sure what his problem was. I'll never go back.

Been given NOTHING but the runaround by these guys. They can't even return my call despite multiple promises and apologies. Don't know how you can run a business this way.

I was overcharged by at least $1200 by these "people". I believe Howard Reiss is well aware of his horrible staff and service and does NOTHING about it. He pays these guys minimum wage which they then complain about and it's hard not to feel bad UNTIL you see them dragging themselves around or on their phones or sitting around. They marked up my mattress pretty bad. They put my bed together 1/2 way. I live alone so there was no way for me to follow them everywhere. They were very untrustworthy as far as being competent workers and it appears Howard Reiss encourages them to TAKE THEIR TIME AND OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMER. IN MY CASE $1200. THEY ARE THE LOWEST FORM OF LIFE. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Didn't have the best experience. When someone came out to do the quote, specific boxes were noted to be needed at time of moving (for mattresses, etc.). All boxes that were needed were listed clearly on the quote. When the movers came, they did not have the boxes and were not prepared. As a result of this, our new mattress has a huge rip on the back of it. They tried hiding it, but luckily we saw it when putting down the bed skirt while they were still here. Took a pic and showed it to the main guy, he was just like oh yeah that must have just happened but never took any money off or offered anything they could do. We were charged for these boxes that they never used. Scratches in our kitchen table, hutch, tv stand, and many other items. TV stand had a leg fall completely off and they just propped it up and never told us. Found this out when moving it over slightly one way and there went the leg! Tried to give a local company some business but we really should've listened to the one other review on here. Our mistake. Hope this review prevents other people from making the same one.

Was massively ripped off. I have less stuff including 1/3 less furniture and it took them many hours longer than it took them to move me 6 years ago. I cannot believe they would be that unscrupulous. You're at their mercy. apparantly they can do whatever they want. Not sure if they are directed from the owner to "milk it" or if they're just overworked. Either way it cost me an additional $1000. THAT IS RIDICULOUS TO OVER CHARGE THAT MUCH.

I am extremely disappointed in which they did not wrap my furniture with anything while transferring it from the house to the van and from the van to the new house. They only wrapped it inside the moving van and unwrapped it inside the van when it arrived at the destination. I do not care how good a mover you are; you will bump into walls and damage furniture in which they did. I have moved several times and this is the first time in which a mover did not wrap the furniture. Crazy!!!
