Although we didn’t get to attend our week in Cooperstown. June and all the family at Cooperstown Family rental were professional and gave us our immediate refund. Thanks for working with us!

Rented apartment in Milford for thirteen weeks. Apartment was cozy and well furnished. The landlord was fabulous. Very responsive to any needs that arose. I would highly recommend this unit.

Our family stayed at a house offered on Cooperstown Family Rentals last year, and we simply loved it! It was the Milford House. Our friends stayed at Park Place and raved about it as well. The houses are fully equipped with everything you may need, linens, towels, utensils, dishes, and our favorite - BBQ grill. This year our youngest son's baseball team was invited to Dreams Park. We contacted June from Cooperstown Family Rentals once again, and was lucky enough to book at Park Place this time. We are looking forward to our trip back upstate this Summer.

Beautiful, clean, bright and very spacious, Applefield House was the perfect place to stay. Our family had all the comforts and conveniences of home while enjoying breathtaking views in this hilltop, country setting. We couldn't be happier with Cooperstown Family Rentals. Thanks Jim and June for your hospitality!

We stayed in creekside haven. Water smelled of sulfur. If you are not used to this and/or it bothers you, this is not a place for you. Some furniture in the pictures is no longer there. The futon and day bed are not there, replaced by a very uncomfortable fold out chair/bed and loveseat sized sleeper sofa. Hot/cold controls in shower did not work well causing my 11 year old to burn himself. This is a below grade basement apartment with a loud dehumidifier that needs to be emptied (owners did not tell us this but we knew when it stopped working to empty it). Mattress comfort is subjective but I did not find the mattress to be comfortable. I do not think this place would meet code as a habitable space in most places. Not sure how code enforcement is done in Oneonta but I have handled rentals myself and this would not pass an inspection in my area. Also the shower head is about 5 feet high and anyone taller will have to duck to get under it and the spray was awful. A few steps down from the entrance as shown is really a full flight of stairs. Cooperstown family rentals needs to do quality control. They will not give you your money back if you want to leave early due to lack of quality and not as advertised.

COOPERSTOWN FAMILY RENTALS SILVER HOUSEWe stayed at the Silver House Jun 13-20, 2014....Terrible! Do not stay here! The pictures do not accurately reflect anything in the house. There are mouse traps in plain visible sight throughout the house. The 2 AC units downstairs work fine, but the 3 upstairs do not work at all! During hot days the temp is about 20 degrees hotter upstairs. The units (all 5) are cracked on the sides exposing very large gaps that any chipmunk or rat could get in through. One set of windows actually has saran wrap and double sided tape, I guess as insulation. You can hear 100% of all traffic and it is on a very busy street....Don't expect a good night sleep here...The entry door gets stuck and is a very real fire hazard. One of the upstairs toilet runs and appears to be leaking above the kitchen....One room has a very old, dirty fan and no AC unit. There is a new fan which I bought and left but there is simply no investment in this property. We visited other homes where teammates were staying and found adorable remodeled homes. This is just not taken care of, never mind even close to up to date. Pros...wireless worked fine and location was nice to ballpark and downtown! Cons....everything else!! PS: Yard appears larger in pics online but is not conducive to any outdoor activities aside from grilling....I would pay triple and share a room with 2 other people to avoid staying here. Can't say there were any issues booking or along those lines but the house is simply in way worse condition than advertised online!! This is the only avenue to post real feedback that I was able to find. So I hope this helps!Silver House126 Chestnut StreetCooperstown, NY 13326
