“Stuck on I-90 right out of the service stop with a dead rental car on a Saturday!!! DEAD! Rental company all but NO HELP! Kidd's was there inside 30 minutes. We were in a very difficult spot. 2 guys from Kidd's showed up. 1 to tow, the 2nd parked well behind us to make sure of our safety. They immediately statèd "Let's get you to the exit and then we'll figure out our next steps." Young guy (Everette) could not have been more helpful and professional!! He answered questions the rental company should have been able to. But didn't !! I'm sorry I didn't catch his partners name but he was just a professional. Thank you for your help in a very difficult situation.”

“John is an interesting guy and a good mechanic. He's my guy from now on.My engine started leaking oil and I feared for the worst. Turned out the oil filter had rusted a couple of little holes. Never heard of such a thing. He did an oil and filter change and fixed the problem. He also showed me how to reset the low tire pressure light through the radio, of all places!Services: Vehicle Inspection”

“Gary is a great guy that knows his business. Saved me time and money by telling me to not just replace parts but have him test it. Was an hour drive but was worth it. Alternator was bad and changing the few parts I could have would have not done any good. He also had a replacement available so no waiting for one to be ordered. Had the tractor up and running that same day.”

“Decided to have my car towed to this location after my engine stalled about 75 miles from home. After doing some preliminary checks and replaced some oil, they recommended an engine replacement. Because my car has less than 100k in miles, she recommended I call Kia about my car troubles, even went so far as to provide me with Kia's Customer Service number. So glad she did because there is a recall that may resolve my problems, potentially saving me thousands of dollars. Would absolutely recommend, and thank you again!”
