if I could give less than one star I would. The indian women on the phone was SO extremely rude and unprofessional. She would not listen to anything I was trying to explain to her and then hung up the phone without finishing answering my questions.

As a store, it's fine. As a pharmacy or testing location, it's not particularly well run. You are required to make an appointment to take a COVID test, which is great, but once there you'll find that they'll take people who *don't* have appointments or who show up wildly outside of their appointment times, resulting in people who made appointments and who showed up at the correct time having to wait in the drive through 30-45 minutes past their *actually scheduled* appointment - or longer. Why have policies if your team isn't going to follow them?

Terrible pharmacy experience. Went to the drive through to pick up my prescription only to be told they don't have anything here with my name. I called my doctor to confirm and he sent the prescription several hours prior. I decide to go in and ask the lady to check again. She very rudely gathered my information that I originally provided and said we have it I just haven't started it. I asked when that would be? She rudely snapped I don't know at least an hour at best. I don't understand what I did to deserve her attitude, other than pick up my medication...I'll try not to ask the Walgreens pharmacy on Fitzgerald drive to perform their only function going forward.

These ppl mad rude.. like deadass act straight, its your job. This the last time I get prescriptions here, these ppl make me wanna fight them for acting up.

This Pharmacy is the worst will be switching back to ShopRite Pharmacy I went here because it was more convenient but I cannot deal with this...this was my first time going here and it is definitely my last... the staff there is terrible... I went to go pick up a prescription the other day and not only did they have the wrong name on my prescription but they also had the wrong address for me, wrong phone number and wrong insurance information. Was literally my medicine but prescribed to a different person!!!! That is a HUGE mistake!! Someone with the name on the prescription could of got the wrong medication! I even asked them did my doctor send over the wrong information and they told me no my doctor sent over the correct information and that someone in the pharmacy screwed up and entered the wrong information!!! Completely unacceptable especially with that... I do not recommend this Pharmacy. ShopRite Pharmacy is Way better!!!

It is not where it says. It's down the road from Burger King, towards Aldis. And you'll see it on the left hand side. These are the worst GPS directions I've ever had to follow.
